Took my son for the first time and we liked this place. Easy to book your appointments. Bilingual. Flexible. Great customer service. We'll be back! Thanks Becky! Gracias por su amabilidad.

My son has sensory processing disorder and we came here because I saw that they cater to his his crowd. However, it was no different than any other haircut he got. The only thing they did was put on a movie l, touch his hair and suggest I hold him. I ended up manhandling him to sit still and I was the only one trying to soothe him. Wish I did more research. EDIT to reply: You said you catered to the autistic/sensory community. Yet, nothing was even attempted to help his needs. It was no more than any regular hair cut with anyone else. I came here because you said you had experience with the autistic/sensory community, and you absolutely did not.

Excellent. Love this place so hard to find a place for my kids that does a great job. Plus booking an appointment is as easy as a text.

We took my 3 1/2 year-old son to beckys for a haircut. He has nonverbal autism and huge sensory issues. Haircuts are beyond traumatic for him. Becky was the most kind person to ever cut his hair. I don't think I would ever take him anywhere else from now on. We've been to a few places that say they are fine working with special needs children and they are never understanding once our son gets upset. Thank you Becky for being so sweet.

Took my 18 month old here for a bang trim. Upon walking in, I was not greeted with a hello or welcome. I understand if people are busy but it doesn't take much to say "Welcome I'll be right with you" I sat down at 12:50 and waited twenty minutes until my daughter and I were even acknowledged. The stylist didn't ask if we had an appointment or if it was our first time here.

The owners husband used a blow dryer to clean off a kids chair and then the stylist told me my daughter could sit there, even though other chairs were not being used. No sanitizing or Covid measures were taken to disinfect the seat. The stylist never addressed my daughter by saying hello or asking her name. She clearly could not be bothered. Will never go back.

Very unprofessional and disappointing for my daughters first experience. Response to owners response- Accusing a customer of being a "liar" just shows your character. We were never dissatisfied with the haircut. We were disappointed by the lack of friendliness and cleanliness. You obviously will write whatever you need to, to cover up for yourself. Hopefully this will be a learning experience for you and your business.

We visiting Becky's salon today with our 2 year old who isn't fond of getting his hair cut. He did love all of the decor, the interior was super kid friendly, clean, and filled with toys and snacks! Becky was very kind and fast and gave us exactly what we asked for even with my son being challenging to say the least lol. Very great experience I would highly recommend this salon! Being my sons first haircut, I was feeling nervous not knowing if I was going to be happy with his very first haircut. We felt so comfortable once we started speaking with Becky. She was very patient with us. Instead of rushing, his hair was cut little by little asking us each time if we liked it the way it was or more cut off. I was very pleased and will continue taking my children here in the future. Thank you Becky for being so patient with us! We will see you soon!

Very nice, cute space for kids, and staff were sweet enough to give me a first haircut certificate and lock of hair. However, the actual haircut is just not good and does not match the price. Watching the cut, I was wanting to stop it and I'm upset I didn't. My daughter bangs were just combed down, cut straight across, are too short, and look horrible.

The rest was just trimmed with no consistency or evenness to it. I honestly could have done the same thing myself. It took about 3 minutes and was $18. Unfortunately we will not be back.
