Shruthi, is Awsum best service I had with her she does the haircut very well, I never felt this happy by seeing at myself of my haircut I really felt happy with her work. Shruti is amazing! I wish I did permanent hair straightening years ago. I was looking for a right place to get my hair straightening done from a long time and I came across Shruti's japanese hair straightening place. She is reliable, professional and very honest. With a facial it's a important to have a comfortable stretcher and a polite therapist as you go for such a session to rejuvenate but at Shrutu's this was not at all the case. infact I was left with a backache due to the poor quality of the stretcher and completely stressed with her behavior. From the time I walked into shruti's salon till I left the place shruti had a lot of attitude and impoliteness for absolutely no reason.
I booked an appointment seeing the reviews but reviews turned out very misleading. I also found the place very chlostrophobic, tight and not very hygienic. From attending me late, to not allowing keep my phone with me, dropping my hair clip several times during the treatment, to banging the stretcher I laid on and to rubbing her thighs where my head was placed, to laying my handbag on my stomach (knowing I am 5 months pregnant ) this was heights of clumsiness and not even once apologized or tried being courteous to be careful and not repeat the same nonsense - this is something I never experienced in my 25 years of visiting salons.
My facial was a flop I did not see any difference the next day. I had to get up from the stretcher to wash my own face mask which again is not professional of doing a facial she neither applied any moisturizer thereafter. Till the end I just remained very patient until at check out she pops another surprise and informs 'no credit cards 'just Venmo'.
I don't know what was her problem but as a client I don't need to be treated this way. I tried being patient with her throughout but this woman had some serious attitude problem which pushed me to share my experience. Also going into someone's private basement for such services and then being treated this way can make one feel in a very uncomfortable situation. Anyways after this experience I believe it's best to get such future services done in a more professionally managed place where there's a system, some hygiene standards, good equipments and somebody is answerable if there's an issue. Any woman would want to walk out feeling rejuvenated after a facial and not stressed.

I drove 3 and a half hours to get my permanent Japanese straighten done here. Shutti did a great job. She was very patient and professional. She explained for me what she was doing step by step a long the process. Since, my hair have a chemical damaged from the bleach, she has added antra protection for me. I would definitely recommend her services. I have a lot of compliments from my friends and family. It was worth the drive and money. I will definitely go back.

I have been visiting Shruti for Japanese Permanent hair straightening every year for almost 3 years. Needless to say, she is very patient and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Unlike the permanent hair straightening at other places that makes your hair look pin straight after the treatment, Shruti does excellent job with straightening that looks naturally straight and the products she uses are also of high quality that leaves the hair shining and smooth after the treatment. Definitely recommend this place.!
