Let me start by saying from start to finish, Ashlyn made my experience absolutely amazing. I've always been nervous about going to a new hair salon but she was patient and understanding. She's extremely talented at what she does and I highly recommend her. I left feeling like a new woman, sporting red-carpet worthy hair.

I have been going to Chris for years. He's a great guy, very professional, he LISTENS as well as offering his own input on what would serve you best, and as a bonus he's interesting and fun. He and his staff are very accommodating and more than willing to make adjustments if you're not happy. They will make it right. The salon is contemporary without being overly jazzed up (no loud rock music etc.). Convenient location around Town Center Mall. Good people.

My hair feels fantastic and looks exactly how I wanted: healthy and natural! So many places you ask for natural and they give you.not. But Amanda took the time to listen to my request, ask questions, and explain what she was doing. I went in with a damaged and brassy blond and came out with a natural strawberry color with the perfect layers! Great service, down to earth staff and atmosphere, and wonderful results!

I LOVE my hair, thanks to Chris Nicholson and staff. I am a long-time repeat customer. I started with Chris after an epic hair fiasco elsewhere, many years ago. I have transitioned from perm-cut-and-style, to cut-highlight-and-style, to (sigh) cut-color-and-style over time with this salon. At 50something I am even happier with my hair than I was at 20something.

Twice (out of 150+ appointments) I've gotten home and decided I was less than delighted with my finished style or color, and simply called and explained. The salon apologized, immediately re-booked me at my convenience, (at no additional cost) and fixed it. I have referred countless friends and family over the years, and continue to do so.
