Laura is great very personable and great attention to detail. She appears to enjoy her work. UPDATE: I found out today that Laura left. This is my 5th stylist in 10 yrs that has left. Not sure what is going on. Update from the manager was very helpful. I will schedule with a stylist soon, and hopefully I will continue at this location for another 10+ years. :-

Absolutely LOVED Liz haircut on my very long straight brown hair. She did a incredible job even at entry level. I was very very impressed. She was incredibly detail-oriented when trimming & styling my hair. But I must say, its been quite a few years since I've found a salon and haircut I've actually not just liked, but really loved. If your considering True Salon, definitely consider Liz as your new stylist.

Jeffrey is amazing! My hair was bright orange, 5 inches of dark black roots, and splotches all over. My hair was a disaster. I dont know how he did it. It's a beautiful carmel brown with beautiful honey highlights. He transformed my hair. Plus my hair looks and feels healthier than when I walked in! This was by far the best experience I've had at a salon!

Was told by front desk that I had to provide my credit card info and full address before they would book my appointment, even though I have been coming to this salon for YEARS. Recently, the stylists cycle through faster than your laundry spin cycle. This was the 4th one I've had in little over a year. I was told her name was "Erica" and that she was an "educator." She could barely speak English.
She proceeded to lecture me in a condescending tone how she needed to interview me about my hair like a "doctor" to get my hair color right. Poor communicator, abrupt, hard brush strokes on my face and head as the hi-lights were applied. It cost $175 and by two hours I had had enough (and that did not include any cut or blow dry!). So disappointing that this formerly great, vibrant salon has sold out to the big chain businesses.
High cost, low value, with extremely poor customer service mindset. They seem to not understand they are given the opportunity of our patronage. Update: The unnamed author's response below confirms my concerns: poor communicators due to condescending attitude, more concern for their business 'software' than the actual customer's satisfaction or truly receiving their long-term clients' feedback. Finally, my highlights were much too bright.

I have gone through several hairdressers in 5+years at True Salon. I assume it's common practice for a hairdresser not to stay at one salon forever. But, I just had my third hairdresser leave this year. Alarming. I continued to go to this salon because of the convenience. No more! Although I have had a handful of hairdressers I really liked over the years, I have never cared for the atmosphere here.
Everyone seems overworked, every time you call you are immediately put on hold, there have been countless mistakes with my appointments over time, and a billion price increases. Don't even get me started with the covid bull. At one point no one was allowed to bring purses in? I never completely understood that. Neither did my hairdresser at the time.
I do work in the medical field and that was never a "thing" for us. Enlighten me if you know a secret that I should pass along to my peers. The last time I went I was told I had to show proof of vaccination to take my mask off. I am vaccinated, thank you. But, I will not play your communist games. Stylist were wearing mask based on vaccination status. How humiliating for these poor workers. Thank you again for the sweet girls I have met over time.

I am very happy with the professional style & cut Lily performed on my hair this past week. Going to a new stylist can be very scary. She listened intently to me as I tried to describe what I wanted and proceeded forward with cautious determination to achieve just that. When she was finished she was spot on. Her expertise had me leaving there looking and feeling great.
Believe me I did not arrive there in that condition. I will definitely be back. Very nice experience from the time I arrived until I left. Well managed salon that is clean, organized and staffed superbly.

Had my first post-COVID world haircut yesterday so I needed some serious work. Emily was so great, she took her time making sure I was happy with how much we were taking off. My hair feels light and healthy again and I'll be sure to be back to see her. Such a sweet stylist who made sure I felt comfortable with their precautions and with all the decisions we made. My hair came out great and she was such a treat to chat with- the time flew by!

True Salon is a little piece of Heaven on Earth. When a stylist at a different salon butchered my hair I immediately called True and Stephani Cunningham swooped in to save my hair from a horrid disaster. My hair has never felt and looked so healthy. Stephani is truly amazing. I wouldn't trust my hair in the hands of anyone else (unless she says it's safe).
