I'd you have Red hair or want to color your hair red (or any other color) I highly recommend Lena. She takes care of my curly red hair and she isn't afraid to try new things for you. Even my daughter started using Lena. She is 10 stars in my mind. I appreciate her skill with the scissors as well.

Everyone here was nice. I was offered something to drink when I got there. I didn't have to wait for my appointment. My hair stylist was knowledgeable, patient, and great to work with. 6/5 stars, will visit again.

Super disappointed. I waited a very long time for my Saturday appointment to get my highlights done. But the day of my appointment the stylist canceled on me. Then the shop did nothing to try to reschedule my appointment. Super unprofessional place.

Can I give it 10 stars? What a great salon! They are so willing to try anything, yet listen to customers, no matter how demanding! Very clean, comfortable, even give you tea or coffee if you want. My stylist is Whitney, and I can't say enough good about her. I am customer for life!

Endea is great, definitely skilled at her profession. I received a deva cut from her, and I highly recommend her for anyone looking for stylist for curly hair.

Got my hair done here and they're really nice. I'm 16 and they treat you like an adult. they're also really helpful and helped me decide on what I wanted to do with my hair.

First time getting a hair cut and color. Very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. She did a great job on my hair and was incredibly friendly. Felt like she had been doing my hair for years. Will be back!

Customer service is not there. The receptionists, my stylist (I'm not going to put her name out there) my color looks great. But it was honestly top five most awkward experiences. When she was finished putting color on, she left my hair down and rolled up in a towel. My hair was laying on the back of my neck with the color processing. I've been getting my hair colored almost 20 years now and everyone has always put it up and not left it on my neck.

She then asked me if i wanted it curly when blow dried. I said i like it blown out with some curl in it. So when she's done blow drying it's pin straight. She said i decided to blow dry it straight because it wasn't holding curl. Which is odd because again my hair is naturally very wavy and i never heard this before. But to totally disregard what i said?

She walked me up to the counter and i said thank you it really looks good (it does) she said something along the line of "yup have a good day." I know my feelings are my perception and this is totally subjective, but it felt like she couldn't get rid of me quick enough.

I had concerns about my service. Upon departure I was asked to rate my service & I was very honest, the lady who I spoke to only said sorry. not any other type of offer to make it right. I used a Groupon & felt like I received the Groupon special. I also tipped full amount despite the services I received.

Pepper's is the first salon that I've ever been to that understands and properly cuts my curly hair. I've been going here (and seeing Lena) for 3 years and every time I'm satisfied with the experience. If I realize after the fact that I need more cut off than I initially thought, they're very accommodating and willing to work with me on getting the results I'm aiming for. Highly recommend this salon for curly-headed people!

I went to Pepper's for the 1st time a couple weeks ago to get about 6 inches cut off my hair. It was a last minute appointment, but they were able to fit me in quickly. My stylist was very nice and attentive. Since I was referred by another person I was able to get a free bottle of shampoo. The only sticking point I had was the price. I had a simple cut and wash with a couple bottles of product, was over $100 before tip.

I haven't cut my hair in some time, so perhaps my budget is just dated. I would recommend this salon if you are looking for attention and quality, but aren't afraid to spend a bit to get it.

This place deserves 5 stars all around. When I called for a quick bangs trim, they answered so friendly, and got me in within the hour! When another salon was quoting 5 hours being the soonest they could squeeze me in. The place is beautiful, inside and out. They had two people at the reception desk ready to greet me. I waited just a couple of minutes before the hairstylist Taryn warmly greeted me and took me to my chair.

She spent time making sure the bangs were trimmed the way I wanted. After, I asked where to pay and was shocked to find out it was complimentary! Their customer service is exceptional.

The worst customer service ever! The girls at the front desk were RUDE! I'll never go back there. Horrible experience!

I loved the friendly staff and atmosphere the first time I walked in. I get waxed by Kate often, and she's always very thorough and makes sure I'm comfortable throughout the experience. I was nervous my first time but she made me feel relaxed with her warm personality. I would definitely recommend Kate and Peppers Salon for all of your waxing needs!

I went in for a consultation with Heidi for hair extensions. I have always had thin hair and she assured me that my extensions wouldn't show. Once my extensions were applied by Lauren, I couldn't believe that I had just paid $600 for the extension tape to be seen all over! Then after just a couple of weeks I was already having extensions fall out.

When asked if I could take the extra extensions elsewhere, they told me they were only to be kept in the salon. I kept in the extensions for just under a month and had to wear a hat everyday! The company does not care about their customers, only money!

Pepper's Salon and Spa is the #1 place to go! I went there yesterday to get a free consultation on my hair breakage and thinning. Heidi was my consultant. I was convinced the reason for my hairbreakage and thinning was from dye burnt hair. After carefully examining and asking questions about my hair, Heidi advised me it wasn't from a dye burn and narrowed it down to most likely a thyroid medication.

She explained thyroid and heart problems/medications were the highest reason for my problem. After leaving I checked my calendar and sure enough this started a month after my Dr changed my thyroid med. She could have easily sold me on expensive restoration treatments but was honest, friendly and professional and instead showed me a shampoo & conditioner especially made for long hair damage and breakage. Heidi told me to call or come back if I had any questions.

I'm in a wheelchair and had no problem maneuvering there and Heidi easily moved a salon chair & popped me right in. I'll definitely be going back for my salon and spa needs! Please click on >> or LIKE if you found this helpful

I use to be a loyal client here but the last time I went in right before my wedding they ruined my hair and turned it orange on top. They tried to cover it with a semi permanent dye and that just made it worse. Anyways I ended up paying over 200$ for terrible hair right before my wedding and had to go dark brunette which is not me at all. Looking back on my wedding photos I'm still pissed.

I also don't like that they don't ever give you a price quote for how much your going to pay. It's like surprise $$$! The prices were also constantly changing no matter if my hair was the same length or less.

Was charged $148 for a root touch up and trim for my long hair here at peppers. In Hawaii I was charged $89 and my stylist there used keune hair color and loma hair products just like this salon. Also both stylists took the same amount of time doing my hair and both did a deep conditioning treatment so I'm not sure why this place is so much more expensive? Wouldn't come back again here unless there is a military discount.

Alyse did an amazing job for my mani&pedi! She is professional and fun to talk to. She also gave me a wonderful foot message. I felt so relaxed afterward. Definitely will come back again!

I wanted eyelashes so bad and this place was recommended. It took about 2 hours. She was very nice and my lashes looked very nice as well. After 2 days my lashes started to fall out! I went back and she refilled free of charge. I took care of them but they fell out again within less than a week and a half! I'll never go back there again! Another place said it should not take 2 hours! I just use mascara now.

I looked forward to my appointment at Peppers but it was a huge disappointment. The stylist must have been thinking about a different client because the cut and color were not what I asked for. I asked for shoulder length bob and left with hair almost 4 inches below my shoulders. The color did not cover all my gray and the warm brown I asked for had way too much red in it.

I consider this almost $200 down the drain. Since then I have spent another $130 having 4 inches cut off my hair and having some highlights put in to tone down the color and making it look more natural. Add those two up and it's kind of an expensive hair do, right? A big thumbs down to Peppers and if they had any decency they would return some of my money!

Went to Peppers for a cut by Amber. I really liked the salon, the products and Amber did a great job. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the price. I saw a pricing scale on their website and thought the price would be on their lower end of $44 dollars since I don't have a difficult cut. I was shocked to be charged $68, the most I've ever paid for a haircut in my life! Turns out the pricing scale has nothing to do with your hair, but instead is based on the experience of your stylist. I will not be returning to Peppers. $68 is too expensive for my budget.

I made an appointment with them and when I arrived a very unprofessional receptionist told me that I didn't have an appointment. She told me that my appointment was made on different date which wasn't the truth because I couldn't choose that date when I am not even in town. I had three dates to choose, and I mentioned them on phone, and none of them were on the date they scheduled me. They have Rude and Unprofessional reception that left me extremely disappointed. I better spend my hundreds of dollars in hair salon that cares about their customers.

Very nice relaxing spa. Came here for an editorial color, Amber was very knowledgeable and made sure we were on the same page about my color even though I had already come in for a consultation. Very accommodating and friendly. I got a subtile deep red hue which is what asked for. Looks super bright in the sun which I love. Did not disappoint and will go back again!

I've haven't gotten my hair done here yet but I did have my eyebrows done and they have quite literally never looked so good in my entire life! I didn't need to say a word. The shape, size, everything was absolutely perfect. I've never been so thrilled over an eyebrow waxing before. No less, the woman who did my brows was beyond professional- she had a uniform and was obviously some sort of licensed aesthetician who's only job was dealing with waxing and skin. I honestly can't wait to come back and try their other services!
