Such a clean and welcoming atmosphere! Staff are polite, courteous, and friendly. Worked with Noah the first time I visited and he took the time to tour the facility, explain the differences in tanning options, and made sure I was aware and understood everything.

Services rendered were good, tho for manicure and coloring the girl needs more experience and practice took too long but she was very sweet. Reason I am giving such low rating is because at time I purchased my tanning package I had informed them I was going on vacation plus having some surgeries done. I walked in today to find out package I paid for which was for 7 sessions of ultra bronze has expired. Are you kidding me?! Why was I not informed at time of purchase?! Not professional! Would like it if manager contacted me L. Underwood.

New spa treatment room added to the business. The facial was amazing and room was very inviting. I was relaxed and comfortable as soon as I walked in the spa room. Taylor is professional and provided a program for me to continue once I left the spa to help with my skin. The Dermalogica products smell wonderful! I highly recommend Taylor'd Skin for waxing and facials.

The staff has been nice, tanning bed clean and I enjoy going. However I bought sessions and was not told they expire within 3 months. Most businesses notify customers when services are about to expire and I think they should have pointed out the 3 month rule at the time of the sale. I will never buy another package here.

Don't get a spray tan, you'll be charged extra with no results. Don't bother asking for a refund or credit, because the man on the phone will basically tell you to fuck off and hang up on you $45 later and I'm still pale, should of just went to Aruba tan.

Tan Man in shop has some type of issue that makes customer service difficult for him to understand. Drives a bright blue suv and parks it at the door of the shop. You would think that if you were the owner, you'd park somewhere else. Arrogant and unable to understand customer concerns.

Baylee was Very patient with me as I had soooo many questions and she answered them all and was a pleasure! Easily the nicest staff and even nicer owner. informed me of all my options, and all the tropical tan offers. I use to go to aruba but after a bad experience I was looking for a new place to go, tropical tan is now my number 1 :- very warm family oriented vibes. Happy with all experiences ive had there so far. If your looking for a tanning place that's professional but laid back this is the place for u.

I was blown away by this establishment. When I walked in I was greeted with the utmost professionalism and kindness. The employee bailey was so helpful and was able to answer every question I had. The beds were amazing and I am very happy with my experience.

Honorable mention has to go out to Katie from whom I have received a number of massages in the past year. Katie has not only the gift of magic hands but the personality to make her client feel totally at ease and comfortable on the table. Katie's attention to detail and the effort she puts forth during every session conveys her complete commitment to the well being of the client.

I highly recommended anyone looking for a massage to consider Katie - you will not be disappointed. I am also a long time customer that has had nothing but positive experiences at the salon over the past few years as all of the staff are attentive and very friendly each time I'm on site. It was an easy transition to the massage table because of the level of comfort generated by the entire staff.

Definitely their best location! Customer service has always been great. One suggestion I have for management would be to include more/better details on their website like times. Tried getting my hair done spontaneously one day so I called to make check availability and come to find out the hair stylist was only there specific days and times. I rechecked the website and that info was definitely not there. Still wonderful and clean location. Love that they supply the eyewear for clients

I can't really give a review because when I showed up twenty minutes before their advertised closing time they said they were closed. Apparently they actually close 30 minutes before? I guess they don't want my business!

Staff was super friendly. I was there to use mystic tan and I could not get it to start. The girl working did acknowledge that it has to be tapped sometimes and showed me how to do it. I, however, could not get it to work, so I had to get dressed, go back out to find the girl working and ask her to help me. She got it working and ran out of the room.

I then had to quickly undress again so that I could catch the start of the spray. The girl working was great, the place was clean, but I hope they can get the start up sensor working on the mystic tan. I will probably go back and just take a robe and ask the person working to get it started for me.

The customer service is O.K. While there are some people who are knowledgable about tanning and the prices there, many are not. I've been charged different prices for a spray tan. You ask the same question and will get ten different answers. However, the staff is always friendly and the salon is pretty clean. ***Also, their prices are ridiculous. Palm beach tan in Towson is only $99 a month best beds (diamond level) which this place does not have as well as unlimited spray tanning.

I got a haircut with Michelle last week, and I haven't had a bad hair day since. She listened to what I wanted, and she did it perfectly. I'm definitely coming back!

If I could give a minus star I would. The customer service is less than par. Change prices during a contract without notice. This is the second time in the last two years that this has happened. I asked to speak to management several times and was told they would call. Still waiting for a response 3 weeks later, now I am writing this. I have been a customer for many many years and also have spent a lot of money.

You would think that the owner or manager would want to keep a good customer and call someone back. I have referred many new clients to this place and will not in the future. If they make the effort to fix the problem I would have thought different. management needs to train the employees on customer service and instill the attitude that "the customer is always right".

There prices are not competing with other places in the area and the only way to survive is to provide good customer service and not change prices for a prepaid annual contract/agreement. In my case, this is exactly true as you don't change your price when you pay upfront for a year contract and ask for more money just because they got a price increase.

Any ethical business owner knows this is the cost to do business. If you need to stay afloat.don't offer these deals or note that prices are subject to change and we may Ask for more money along the way. this training is also needed specifically for a young ditzy Asian looking girl at the front desk.

Great tanning salon. Extremely clean location. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Packages and products are reasonably priced and you can even reserve the ultra bronze bed. (Super awesome tan on that bed AND comfy). Radios, towels, mints, and goggles always provided. New salon in the back where my girlfriend now gets her hair cut and raves about the stylist.

Great prices, she gets cut and colored for VERY reasonable cost. Gf says the stylist is very experienced and super friendly. Looks like they are eventually going to put in a smoothie bar. Parking can be touch and go. There is more around back but people tend to pile up in front. Overall love coming here and certainly is the best tanning salon in the area, and probably in the whole state honestly. Customer service and cleanliness go a long way.
