I went in to get my hair colored but ended up with a hair cut and a 250.00 bill Service: Haircut

Had a wonderful facial with Pam I am Planning to be back in the near future.

I have been looking for a good pedicure and was very pleased with the service. I had to wait a bit but luckily I didn't have anything more scheduled for the day. They hd some scheduling problem. But I would expect that to be taken care of. Makayla was great!. The location is new and clean. The chairs were great. I scheduled my next appointment!

I bought 2 peppermint essential oils this afternoon and this evening when I went to use the oils I noticed that both bottles of the oils had been opened. One bottle had about a quarter of the oils missing and the other bottle was just about empty. Not good business. I want at the very least a refund for one bottle or a new bottle that hasn't been opened.

Maybe the receptionist didn't realize they'd been opened and oils missing in both. But they should not have been on a shelf for sale. I know the owner of the essential oils. I don't think Rose, the owner of "Your body needs" would be happy to hear this about her products. If I don't get a response/refund I will give Rose a call. Excuse me, owner of this establishment, but you sold me the product so it is your problem! I demand a refund! Not good business! I will report this! You sold me the product!

My friend and I made a little day trip to this spa. We got a very reasonably priced spa package with a manicure, pedicure and massage. All of the treatments were wonderful. It was super comfortable and relaxing. Staff was friendly. You can also enjoy a glass of wine or two between treatments!

I got a 60 min massage with Icey and she did such a great job! I have had TMJ for years and after she massaged my neck and jaw I felt relief for the first time in years. I'm definitely coming back when I'm back in stevensville in September.

So I tried this spa years, and I mean YEARS ago. The service was good, but very pricey for what is being offered (I work in the massage industry, so this wasn't my first rodeo). Here is why I'm giving two stars. They've been sending me email promos ever since, after me unsubscribing no less than 4 times, emailing them several times to tell them to take me off their lists because I don't even live in the area anymore, and even calling them to ask them to take me off their mailing lists. I'm still getting their pushy promos. Customer service is a big part of this business, and so is respecting the clients' wishes.

I love Swan Cove and my hair dresser Kristin. The hair salon is very clean, the staff wipe down and clean after every customer. I can only speak for the hair salon side. I haven't used anything else their.

Small place but staff was amazing. Ask for Melissa her facials are top notch

Everytime I go here to have my hair cut and highlighted I always have a great experience. The staff is super polite and personable and the shop is clean and nicely maintained. Jessie is a master at what she does and I would recommend her for any type of client.

I love this salon. I never use the nail or spa service as I have my own nail place I have been going to for years. But the best colorist on the Eastern Shore and even as far south as DC is Adam. He is a superb colorist; absolutely superb. The staff are extremely friendly. The salon is very comfortable but with a professionalism attached to their services. Adam and another woman, who's station is across from Adam, are fabulous colorists and cutters. In addition, the prices are extremely reasonable compared to prices in DC/Bethesda/Annapolis.

Horrible communication followed by poor service. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 and after waiting for 45 minutes, I asked when I was going to be seen. At that point I was told my appointment had been moved to 1:30. It would have been nice if someone would have called and told me this prior so I could have saved myself a lot of time. As if waiting in the lounge area for an hour and a half wasn't bad enough, I then received possibly the worst gel manicure of my life.

The manicurist's station was dirty, and she rushed through the entire appointment. My nails started cracking, chipping and peeling after just one week. Save yourself the time, aggravation, and money and just go somewhere else.

This wasn't my normal salon, but my salon decided to stay closed for a while due to Covid-19 so I decided to try them. I took a picture of what I wanted, color and cut, and gave it to the stylist, Jessie. She looked at it for 5 seconds and went to work. To say that I was impressed is an understatement! This was the first time EVER that I got exactly what I wanted at a salon.

Great color, great cut, great style and she told me the products she used but didn't push them on me at all. On top of it, she was very personable and likeable. The rest of the staff was great as well. Really nice and helpful. This is now my permanent salon.

Great salon! I typically go for massages but they have a large array of services in the salon including nails, facials, hair, waxing, etc. The salon is definitely elevated, therefore you should expect to pay a higher price point for your services. When you arrive you are shown to the locker/changing area. You then take a seat for a few minutes in their tranquil seating area.

At this point you are offered a warm neck wrap, TAKE THE WRAP, tea and water are also available. You are then escorted to one of the massage rooms which are so calm and relaxing. The bed is always warm. If you are new the masseuse goes over a few things before starting, asking you questions to understand your needs/desires of the massage. They team is always very professional!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. You feel very welcome the minute you enter the door. Prices are very high based on the quality of the service. Hair stylists are very good. However the nail services are not the best. Both times I've had my nails done they have lasted less than a week. The pedicures are definitely not great. I wouldn't go back for nail services.

I'm sure they are very good at what they do but the snottiness is what I couldn't take! These ladies take themselves way too seriously and are clearly running around trying to look perfect all the time. The slightest bump in the road and they all have a sour face and act like the world is coming to an end. I will never return here with any of my family.

For what they charge, you would think they would be a little nicer. **** update! I just saw that someone wrote to me from the spa saying they never saw my name as having an appointment apparently trying to discredit me. It's true I did not have an appointment but my 80-year-old mother dead and I was there with her for her appointment when we were treated rudely. Yes, they treated a Sweet 80-year-old lady poorly and were rude. It's been quite a while so I certainly hope things have gotten better.

I came in for a very basic facial. Initially I was surprised that the place was so big and has as many services that it did. The staff was very nice. I arrived early filled out minimal paperwork and then was led to the ladies changing room. There were lockers that I was informed that may not lock correctly. I was provided a wrap and a robe and told that I can strip completely or partially - my choice.

I thought this a bit odd for a facial, especially as there was no real private area to change (or I wasn't shown). My facial was very pleasant and I was provided samples of some product after. I don't know that I would return as everything was very basic and somewhat pricy.

So I went and got my haircut at tangles and something else I dont even remember and they did a horrible job. And this place made my haircut look way better! Also they were so nice! I appreciated that they let me have a haircut without an appointment. Thank you so much!

This place is an absolute luxury that is close to home and doesn't totally break the bank. I came for a lash tint & signature facial both with Jill. The gals at the front desk were extremely welcoming and professional. They had me fill out the new client form after offering me a beverage. Then I was taken back to the spa (a completely separate and serene space from the main area and salon) and given a quick tour of the facility.

Everything was clean, quiet and relaxing. There was a spa wrap, robe, warm neck wrap and cozy sandals ready for me, along with locker for my belongings. I waited in the dimly lit "sanctuary" where there was chocolate, tea/coffee/spa water, magazines and a fireplace. Jill was punctual to call me back for my appointment and was also very professional but personable.

She made sure to inform me of all the processes & products she was using without trying to sell me everything she put on my face. The lash tint is subtle and exactly what I was looking for, and the facial was divine. I could tell she really knows what she's doing & does it well. I was sent home with a bag of skincare goodies. Overall, Swan Cove is a great place to treat yourself, and I cannot wait to come back to try additional services. You will pay more than going to any old strip mall salon, but the experience is worth it. I always prefer to support a local business than a chain as well. Two thumbs up!

This is such a gem in the heart of cute Stevensville. My friend and I went to get manicures and pedicures. Debbie is the best! The space is clean, serene, and prices are competitive. Will be back soon!

Jessica the hairstylist was awesome. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a change in your same ole hair cut.

I've never had a spa experience like I had at here! The entire staff was very welcoming and great at what they do! From the moment I walked in the door they really made me feel comfortable! I can't wait to return for a massage! I wish I had more time the day I came in. But I will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful aromatherapy massage with Deanna. She was very sweet, and simply great at her job. I came in with stress, and left feeling great, and am totally grateful for the experience. Will definitely come back again when I am in the area. As for the spa and salon, it is located in a pretty house building. The waiting room is relaxing, the staff are all pleasent, and the atmosphere oozes calm, as if every staff member doubles as some sort of zen master.

Was in town and got a pedicure/reflexology. The prices are a little high, but it's better than going to a strip-mall-type place and paying $10 less for a much lower quality service. The service was great, atmosphere is very pleasant. I will definitely go back for a pedicure and try out other services. However, if you want the reflexology, you're better off scheduling with a massage therapist and not combining with a pedicure. Might be worth $5 or $10 as an add-on, but not $25.
