I am not one who minds spending money for good quality service. However, LaShaun (not sure of the spelling) who works here should not be considered a "hair designer." She should be a hair assistant. Additionally, I question whether she really went to hair school. She burned my scalp with the relaxer she used. Furthermore, she could not even do a simple shape up to the back of my hair.
Even more, when I showed her that my hair was not even in the back, she acted as if she could not tell. Fortunately, I complained so much they did not me the normal price for a "hair designer." They charged me for a junior stylist which should be her true job title.
