Good hair salon/ barber place but as a returning customer I expected a bit better treatment and customer service for making me wait 56 minutes despite having an appointment. They have customers' phone numbers so it would be nice to inform me that there was a delay or with the offer to change the appointment - nothing of the above happened. On top of that I was still charged a full price and when I asked for a discount for making me wait, it was refused to me with a smile.

I've been going to Hair Connection for almost 2 years and have never been dissapointed. Consistent quality and great advice on cut and color. I go to Jasko but observed other stylists doing excellent job too. All in a nice and friendly atmosphere so you feel relaxed and pampered when you leave the salon.

If i could give 0 stars i definitely would give them 0! If you have platinum blonde hair and love it then don't go to Rachel! Never seen such a impolite person. Never smiled or asked if everything is ok. My hair is ruined! It is like chewing gum and breaks off right a 1/2inch away from the scalp. It is just horrible. The color turned out yellow.
I noticed while she was combing my hair, big lumps of my blonde hair came off. If i hadn't said anything she would have just ignored it. She first said "oh it's just the ends". I went to the bathroom to check and saw that the hair broke off right a 1/2 away from the scalp. This salon is so unprofessional. I would not even send my biggest enemy there. Have next week a consultation some where else and might have to cut off my very long and beloved hair. This person ruined my life!
