Staff is friendly. My wife loves their facials, but that's about it. She says the massages aren't very good and the rest of the services are average. Will return for the facial, but that's it.

I went there for some low lights, and the first time they didn't take. They were really good about getting me in to redo it. But then, the roots on the top of my head were not done and when I put my hair up in a ponytail, you could see the area where there was no color. That was corrected at no charge. I came back for face makeup and to get my hair braided.

My face makeup looked Good in the dim lighting of the salon, but when I got outside in the light, you could see that there was a lot of orange on my face especially on the left side and under my chin. She connected my eye makeup to my eyebrows and my eyebrows were way too dark. When I got home I had to fix my makeup which defeated the purpose of paying to get it done. Finally, I went to get my hair braided.

I asked for a Dutch braid. She gave me a 3-minute braid job, and the braid wasn't even braided all the way down, she stopped 6 in from the bottom, pieces of my hair we're standing up on top, and my daughter said that it was a French braid not a Dutch braid. I don't know the difference, but she does. With everything that has been done, or lack thereof, I don't believe I will be returning to this salon, unless they are willing to make this right and correct it somehow.

The photo on the left is what my hair was supposed to look like (same day I got it done). The right picture is the VERY NEXT DAY. My hair was supposed to be purple on top, turning into rose gold, to platinum blonde. The next day there was a tiny bit of purple in my hair, the rest turned orange. Very disappointed. I WILL NOT be coming back.

I have enjoyed many service providers here. They are all very talented and care about their work. The owner is one of the hardest working business professionals around! I went in yesterday morning and got my hair curled by Kayla. She was super friendly and had great conversations. She took her time, and it turned out stunning. Service: Hairstyling

Got Brazilian, eyebrows and lip wax. I do not think the lady wore gloves. or if she washed her hands. She missed a bunch of hair down there. and kept missing a bunch of hair by my lip and my eyebrows. I felt bad at first. but I'm paying a high price to have no hair in these places. I had to fix my eyebrows with tweezers, and down there. I also didn't like the kind of wax used. or that no pressure was pressed after pulling. Lastly myself and a friend left very very sticky. No excess wax was cleaned off. Panties were sticking to me which was painful and I found multiple pieces of wax Still on my face.

Got my hair cut there a few weeks ago. I have never gotten an uneven haircut before. But I did here! Very disappointed. I asked for less than a half an inch taken off and a lot more got taken off than I wanted. Would not recommend. Should of stayed with my usual place I get my haircut.

First time here and Shahla did my cut and color. I'm obsessed! She picked the perfect tones for my completion and delivered a better cut and color than I have ever had. Couldn't leave without scheduling my next appointment! Services: Hair coloring, Haircut

The ladies did a wonderful color job for my girls. They are very happy with the results! My pink girl loves her highlighter bright hair. It really is that bright - no filter! I was very impressed that the stylist did not give in to bleaching the roots and damaging the girls hair more. The solution was using a darker color on the roots for both colorings. The girls loved the idea. The stylists really worked to give the girls what they wanted but also fix the damage from the box dyes.

My hair looks worse then when I went in. The stylist offered to have me come back in to fix it but honestly I don't want her touching my hair again. As soon as I left the salon I went right to Sally's where the employees were surprised I had just had it done and were able to help me get the supplies to fix it. The stylist said it would look better after a couple washes or in different lighting but honestly it just doesn't look good at all. I wish I had gone somewhere else and next time ill be going to hair studio where the sally's employee suggests. Don't get balayage done here!
