Kelsey outdid herself today. For somebody that goes to Supercuts in those retail chains all the time. I will definitely be bringing my business there and you should too. Also tip them a lot of money. Everyone here is soooo good! Saw Savanah today and she was nice, helpful, outgoing and so sweet! If you're getting your hair butchered anywhere else stop now and call Rau before it's too late! I have never had my hair styled or makeup professionally done and was very nervous. It was my sons wedding and I wanted it to be perfect for he and his fiance. I do not sit still well and was afraid this would be a very time consuming awkward process. Sydney styled my hair and it was amazing and Alissa do my professional makeup. They had me in and out within 30 -45 minutes.

They were so professional and so much fun! My son and his fiance were in tears when they saw me and I am so deeply grateful to Sydney Alissa and the entire staff at Ray salon for giving me such an incredible upgrade in my style and makeup! You have won my devotion as a client! Thank you!

I had previously had my hair colored elsewhere and was about a month past due for a touch up. I am naturally a brunette, and had my hair colored platinum blonde. Rau was able to get me in SAME DAY for a root touch up with Sammy, and she was so amazing that I don't know if I can say ENOUGH nice things about her. She's super attentive, super accommodating, and super talented. My hair is even and the perfect color! She mentioned that she was trained at Rau, so I'm sure all of the stylists there are equally as awesome. Definitely worth a visit.

Love love love Rau Salon! I have been going to Sydney for the over a year! We have such wonderful conversations and she does such a wonderful job with my hair. I always enjoy my time there! Recently I did everything for my wedding party there and we had such a wonderful time! Everyone was so great with my bridal party and grandma! We had such a great time and loved the atmosphere! Thank you so much for all you guys do!

They were all absolutely wonderful! I was able to get squeezed in at the last minute with Heidi and she was fantastic! She took her time and really shared her opinion on the hair color! From now on I'm definitely going to her. Customer for life!

I went to Rau Salon to get my hair colored and a trim. I told the Stylist that I needed my grey covered. I went in the salon with Chestnut Brown hair and came out with a horrible flat jet black color. To add insult to injury, I was charged $147, which was more expensive than Grand Geneva Resort. My hair is a few inches past my shoulder. I NEVER mentioned anything about changing my hair color.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had with hair color in my life! I called the manager and she told me that she could lighten it with a bleach/conditioner mix. Since I was embarrassed to leave my house, I had no choice but to do that, even though I feared it would dry out my hair. This treatment did pull out a lot of the black color, but the end result made the top have an orange tint.

Although it was better than the jet black, I still hated my color. The manager offered to try to put more color on it, but said that it could really damage my hair and/or make it too dark again. I did not want to take that risk, so I wrote a letter asking that my color be fixed in 4-6 weeks. The owner and/or manager did not even care enough to respond to my letter. Therefore, I remain a very dissatisfied customer and I would NEVER go back there or recommend this salon to anyone!

Love this Salon! Collette is such a sweetie and always does an amazing job! The decor is on point, stations are spaced out and sanitized in between people, and was even able to wait in my car for the appointment! Prices are comparable to other salons of this high quality and staff is very friendly and helps eachother out to get your hair done as quickly and as perfectly as possible. 10/10 recommend!

Went in for regular pedi and no chip mani. Paid $70. It took almost 2 hours and it's one of the worst mani pedi I've gotten. A lot of polish on my skin. The workers were very nice. I just think the person I had was still learning how to paint nails.

I should have done this review years ago. But I need to say that everyone at Rau is fantastic. Especially, Heidi, my stylist. Her color work is amazing. She has an instinct for what you want before you even know what you want. My other stylist is Collette, who I see for my lashes. I have incredibly sparse eyelashes and she makes me look beautiful! Thanks to you all! I'd highly recommend this salon to anyone. They're wonderful!

It's true, I'm not a natural blonde but Heidi at Rau makes sure it looks as though I am. I was referred to Heidi when relocating to the area about five years ago and love the salon and people there. A few years ago I moved again and while I have tried other salons in my city, I quickly gave up and will make the trek 1 hour every few months to get my hair done by Heidi.

I went to Rau for the first time yesterday. I always get nervous going to new places because I have think, course, curly/frizzy hair but Madison was great! Highly recommend and will be going back.

Went here today to get my hair cut & dyed. Rachel did an amazing job, by far the best haircut I've ever gotten! The length is perfect, & The color is exactly what I wanted! Ive been to quite a few other local salons and nobody has been able to get the color I was looking for until now! I also enjoyed the dozens of compliments when I got to work; I will definitely be a new regular with Rachel at Rau Salon!

Sami Moen was wonderful. As a new client, Sami spent alot of time asking questions and making suggestions. I had color services and cut that i loved! Am going back and consider myself a regular!

Much better than overpriced places in Lake Geneva! My friend and I met up in Twin Lakes and made a last minute appointment for manicures before a party. The manicurists were delightful, brought us cappuccino, and did a great job on our nails. The price was reasonable, too. This is a much better choice than the crowded and expensive places in Lake Geneva. Highly recommended!

I took my 4 year old daughter here for her first haircut. April cut my daughter's hair and she was great with her. She did an excellent job on my daughter's hair and I won't trust my daughter's hair to anyone else in the future. Great job!

Went to Rau once for curls for a wedding - they fell out within an hour and it didn't even look like I had gotten my hair professionally styled. Gave them another chance and had a bridal updo with Heather who made my hair look white from all of the product she applied. Luckily it didn't show up in my pictures. They also did a crappy job applying fake eyelashes and makeup. They also forgot to give me $20 off for the referral that they advertise. Overall between both visits, I feel like I overpaid for what I got.

Rau Salon was recommended to me and though it was a 28 minute trip from my home, I went anyway because I trusted the source. Glad I gave it the chance because it is not only a lovely salon with it's own nail studio and complimentary cappuccinos (among other offerings), but also because the stylist I saw really listened to what I was asking for and delivered on it.

Two more game changing features worth mentioning: massaging shampoo chairs and free wifi. I had a shampoo, highlights and a trim with some razor thinning work and I felt rejuvenated! I get massages and I have been to other salons, but this felt like the total package.and all for under $80. I actually paid $20 less than this because I used a referral card from a friend, but even at the original price I still felt I hadn't been extravagant. Good products too! SLS free shampoos and Argan oil treatments. I will go back, absolutely! Stylist Jamie V. was a doll!
