My daughter had an appointment for a haircut at Salon Bliss. Amanda was her stylist. We showed her a picture on the style we wanted and still she cut it so short and nothing like the picture at all. My 13 year old was very upset and was crying till she slept. We were charged like $50 for doing a horrible job. Will never go there again. I did complain to the lady at the cash counter Lexi and her response was "we cannot do anything now" with a bad attitude. Very unprofessional and disappointing behavior. My kid is so upset that she does not want to go to school tomorrow.

I have been looking for where I could dye my Afro bleach blonde and I came across Salon Bliss. I have used their services in the past for make up and I was quite satisfied at their services. The hair dresser Wendy gave me exactly what I wanted even though my hair is a coarse 4c African hair which I was not sure they were familiar with but the result was outstanding! I'm so glad I've found Salon bliss for my hair and I am going to be sticking with them! Service delivery, nice conversation, beautiful comfortable ambience, all 10/10!

I had an appointment on Wednesday, January 19th for a pedicure and get my nails done. I didn't book my nail appointment correctly, but Katrina said not to worry, she would rearrange things so I could get both done. My nails were absolutely perfect, my pedicure was awesome. I left there feeling relaxed, and beautiful. I will continue to have Katrina do my nails.

Lexi was amazing. I moved across the country to MD and I will wait till I visit My family in Gurnee, IL in order to have my hair done again by Lexi. Not only did she fit me into her incredibly busy schedule but she took my pictures of what I wanted it to look like and made it even better than I imagined. My hair was like 3 different colors and 4 inches of roots in my natural hair color different than the dyed color.
She added in multiple sets of highlights and toners to give me an easy transition of roots and highlights! I forgot to talk about the amazing head massage they give you while washing your hair. incredible! Love my hair, Lexi and Salon Bliss you team is worth every penny!

I had made an appointment for my hair to be cut, colored and highlighted and pedicure. 2 days before my appointment my regular stylist couldn't come in due to being under the weather. Salon Bliss offered me options of which I chose another stylist. Hannah was wonderful and made sure I was going to get what I wanted with the cut & color. Very pleasant, cordial and professional.
During the beginning of my pedicure there was a family emergency. The Bliss employees were very understanding and allowed me to come back for my special pedicure another day. It was an all around pleasant experience. Thank you.
