Some audacity in charging an arm and leg to completly DESTROY a persons entrie head of hair. Im appalled.

After years of just driving by this salon, I decided to try it out. I wish I had gone years earlier. I noticed immediately the peaceful atmosphere. Deb was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable as to what I wanted to have done. In not so many words from me, she gave me exactly the look I was hoping for. This is it for me! The owner tried to scam me by insisting I pay extra after using a Groupon voucher. That voucher was valued at the same price as the prices listed on the salon's card (standard price). She told me I owe them money after I left the salon and called me, demanding I go back and pay extra. When I told her the voucher and the prices listed on her card were the same amount, she dropped it. Don't let yourself get pushed around by these people, honestly they have no integrity. Never coming back here.

I had tried this salon after purchasing a Groupon for extensions. I had a horrible experience. After expressing dissatisfaction with the results, I was told there was nothing that could be done without paying more for them to be taken out (they also ruined my hair)

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Best experience You'll ever have getting hair and nails done. Not you're typical one stop shop, Mari & Debbie are perfectionists Have been going here for years love them. Atmosphere is tranquil, professional, & pleasant.

As ALWAYS I LOVE going to Image Makers for my haircuts, colors, and extensions. Debbie ALWAYS knows what I want. She is very trendy and keeps her techniques updated. Her salon is clean, she is very gentle, sweet and kind, and I always feel like family when I am there. Most important the prices are VERY reasonable and I am ALWAYS satisfied when I leave, My first visit was 6 months ago when my previous stylist of 5 years "butchered" my hair.

After a consult with Debbie and many haircuts I WON'T ALLOW anyone near my hair but her. Debbie takes the time to listen to every clients needs, I wish I found her years ago!

I found Image Makers on groupon on my search for tape in seamless hair extensions. I called to book my appointment and Debby was so sweet on the phone and explained everything to me about different types of extensions and was very up front about the prices. The salon is very homey and adorable and she was so sweet. She matched my hair color perfectly with the extensions and made sure I was happy with the length and thickness and how they looked.

She told me what products to use for my extensions and how to brush them and care for them. A few of the extensions fell out and she told me to come right back in and she put them back in and double checked all of my other extensions to make sure they were all in good as well. I'm so happy I chose to go to this salon for my extensions and would highly reccomend!

How I wish I could give 0 stars. I was scammed and that is such a sad feeling. Bought a Groupon for gel nails and pedicure. As the technician was doing my nails she said there was a small charge for removing existing gel. I didn't think there was any need to ask the exact price as I have never paid more than $10.00 extra. Imagine my shock when she said 25.00 extra and then she said $25.00 EACH, toes and nails.

So I was told I had to pay $50.00 for a prepaid service. I would never ever trust people like this to do any service at all. How foolish they are I know so many people in this area and plan to write a review any where I can and tell everyone I know stay away from this place.

I went in with a Groupon to have my roots retouched and maybe some highlights added to my hair. I am a blonde and have been blonde my whole life. I left as a brunette. Not even close to what I wanted. Plus she said she uses organic products but there is no way she does. I have been going to an organic salon for years and when I worked with Debbie my scalp was burning and my eyes hurt.

Plus my hair is completely dried out, and of course, brunette! I am going to see someone else on Monday to fix my hair now. She ended up charging me $200 to ruin my hair. So yeah - she does not use organic products people even though she says she does! Nor does she listen. Y

I was exremely happy & satisfied 100% with Debbie's work. She is very knowledgable, sociable, honest, and experienced in her profession. I plan on recommending her to all of my family & friends because I am confident that she can provide the utmost, highest-quality service to them that she provided for me during my appointment. It is very difficult to find a trustworthy hairdresser today, which is why I was so grateful to have found Debbie.

It was an instantaneous positive connection I made with Debbie, which is how I knew she would be able to help me with my hair. I cannot thank her enough for making me feel beautiful about myself again. I am elated to have found Debbie and I am looking forward to returning to her for all of my necessary hair needs.

Debbie is a lovely woman very professional and does magic with all types of hair. She took her time cutting my hair with great precision. She even took me in the same day i called and worked after hours, making her customers happy is what she aims for and for them to walk out feeling and looking great. Id recommend anyone to go to image makers.

I've known Deb for over30 yrs and from the very first appointment I have been very satisfied. Nice thing no one can tell I wear a hairpiece and I get many compliments. She loves her profession and she keeps the salon clean, calm and homelike.
