Best salon in Torrington! Great atmosphere. Emily is my hairdresser. Not only is she a kind, understanding sweetheart, she's extremely talented. I love the way my hair looks when I leave. Excellent costumer service! Amanda at the front desk is great. She's very sweet, and a wonderful help. I would suggest this place to all my friends and family.

I have found my new hairstylist- Brook- she is very good. I have had a couple of services done by her and was always pleased. Today I got a haircut and she outdid herself, my hair was shot- for the first in a very long time I came home smiling instead of crying after going to the hair dresser for a haircut. Thank you Brook, I will faithfully be going to Brook from now on.

I gave it a 2/5 star mostly because they actually penciled me in and the girl that did my hair really did try her best but now I understand why every other salon in Torrington did not want to work on my hair.because none can lol. The haircut was decent. I knew right then & there when I was getting my hair washed that it wasn't going to work out lol.

I would post a pic but.no lol. Lesson learned for me. As for the salon I'm beyond grateful but maybe just deny folks with super long thick hair like all other 20 salons in the area lol. Thanks

I am so happy with my new haircut! Brooke was my stylist and she was so friendly and very professional. She knew exactly how I wanted my hair and executed it perfectly! Brittany has been cutting my hair for about 8 months and she does a great job. My hair is very fine and hard to deal with and she keeps me looking my best. She's professional and courteous. It will be a sad day when I move and can no longer have her as my stylist.

I had been going to a different salon for years but a friend of mine suggested that I should really try out Hair by Design Salon Spa in Torrington. I was very impressed with my first experience. The atmosphere is awesome, and everyone was very friendly. Brittany gave me a great hair cut, it came out exactly as I wanted. I know i will be coming back here in the near future.
