Ryan is the owner and I do not think he would be happy knowing a customer was treated poorly. Tonia my stylist just canceled my appt last July and I never heard back. It is the second stylist that has done to me from here. I recently left a message asking them to call me back explaining I needed some help trying to get a cut because major issues with my hair falling out over the winter. Never received a call. Totally disappointed and I am sure I can find someone who will value their customers more they do. I won't be back and I will not recommend them.
