Everyone here is really nice. Morgan cut my hair and she did a wonderful job. I will definitely be back.

I had been there once as I was looking for a salon to call my own. My first experience was wonderful so I made a second appointment for 3 months out. I showed up 15 minutes early checked in at the desk and sat there for 45 minutes. No acknowledgement by staff that I was still sitting there. The boss or owner out chit chatting with stylists and clients while I was sitting there ignored.

At least 5 clients were taken back. I went to the desk told them I had a 530 appointment it was 600 I was leaving. They said wait we will take care of you. Turns out the stylist is no longer there and they send me a confirmation text that morning and checked me in and let me sit. The manager basically said it was my fault for not returning their confirmation calls and it was a glitch.

I could reschedule for half off. I said no thank you and left.that is appalling customer service. So if you are not already an established client do not waste your time. Terrible. Unprofessional.

Samantha, Vivian, and the whole team are so incredibly welcoming, and they offer so much that you won't want to leave. From massages to hair, they have it all covered.

The girls were nice enough but the regular non gel nail polish was off. I don't know if they just put too many layers or what but it never dried on my toes it was weird. I enjoyed the farmhouse pedicure and we added the hot wax which felt extra nice!

Granddaughter was long overdue for maintenance! A very deep condition, and wash. Despite a tender head Delaney did an amazing job working through all her hair.

Best salon I've ever been to and I've been all over the United States! I've travelled for work for years. Been a lot of places. This is hands down the best around. Leah does some amazing hair! Everyone is very kind and friendly. Love it.

I've had multiple services at Transformations and they never fail to please! Not only do I walk out looking better, but also feeling better. The entire team is amazing, but special shout-out goes to Jill, the best massage therapist in the world, and to Lauryn for beautiful hair cut and color work. My only hesitation in leaving a glowing review is I don't want too much word to get out about this place because if the rest of the Southside found out about this gem I wouldn't be able to get my appointments in! Truly truly the best place to go for body and soul restoration.

Finding a salon you don't feel weird walking into and asking for dreadlocks is difficult. Not here! Truly owning up to their name, these ladies have the skills to utterly transform you into an earthly goddess. Go, be bold, be transformed.
