From booking to massage, this place is very good. I left a message in the afternoon and they responded promptly a few hours later. It was very easy to make the appointment. Once you're inside you will enjoy the tranquil relaxing setting they have set up. We met with both massage therapists when we arrived and filled out our paperwork. They made it all very comfortable and personable.

Upon entering the massage area we had a great conversation about areas we wanted to focus on and she offered a few different techniques that would help alleviate some tension. My wife and I both received a massage with hot stones. It was top notch from beginning to end. We will be back a few more times this year.

Received a gift certificate and booked a massage with Mani/Pedi. Extremely lengthy 1st timer 5 page paperwork to fill out. Seemed kind of antiquated and not what you would encounter in a high end spa today. Typical massage table, however the sheet did not fit the table properly and felt Bunches under me and slipped around throughout service. I had to ask for the leg bolster, which was freezing when it hit my skin.

The therapist however had excellent technique. On to nails.had to dust off the seat before I could sit down. Therapist had excellent technique. Room was very cold and there was a lot of noise in the other room where they were moving things around to remodel. Very hard to relax on my spa day.

I have been coming to Serenity since about 2016, I am always pleased with the massages. Cassandra has been my go to person but all of the staff is great. This place makes me feel amazing and its so peaceful.

I wonder if this location is still open since there are no reviews in over two years. Called and left voicemail earlier this morning for availability. As of this writing, no response. Not acceptable response time is a negative. Update: A little after this review was posted, I received a text message informing me no availability today. Very happy a small business is active.

It appears they are still in operation. With that said, it may be helpful to use a web-based appointment system if you can not answer phones. Upgraded to a 3. Used another vendor.

I was surprised to find this great gem in Manchester. The decor is just lovely, and everyone was very friendly. Cassandra worked magic on me. I had tons of knots and she really knew how to work 'em out. I was also impressed with beforehand, how much consideration she put into giving me the best massage for what my needs were. She explained how she would manage the time, which areas she would focus on, etc, so I knew what to expect during the massage.

After my massage I was complete jello; I haven't felt so good in a LONG time. Amanda did my pedicure and she was wonderful. She helped my pick a great (bronzy- brownish) color that was different from my usual pink/lavender go-to. I wish I had bought a bottle of it to take home, because I just love the color. I look forward to going back to Serenity Spa soon!

From the minute you walk in you relax. All staff were knowledgeable, kind and took their time with services. I had eyebrow and lip wax, mani and pedi and a facial. Two different professionals, but both equally as good. Also, prices are very reasonable. I recommend this spa without any hesitations.

Outstanding pedicure today with Amanda! My sister-in-law, who is a Dermatologist, gave me a gift certificate for a pedicure. I was surprised she did because, as a Dermatologist, she sees too many patients come in with rashes and such from pedicures, but she is VERY comfortable with Serenity Spa! This is THE place for pedicures!

Great services. We got massages for the adults, mani-pedis for the girls and facials for our teens. It was so much fun and the services are very professional and personalized. We'll definitely come back again. Great place.

My mother, sister and I visited Serenity Spa for for massages, i also got a facial and my mother a pedicure. Stephanie was absolutely amazing. She did extractions and I was not blotchy or break out afterwards! She also did my mothers pedicure who juust had her knee replaced and was quite difficult to say the least. Stephanie did everything to make her more comfortable with a SMILE.

The massage I had by Cassandra was the BEST i had ever had and if I didnt live in Mass I would have her regularly massage me. I am a dental hygienist and knew EXACTLY where and how to massage me. I was extremely impressed at the level of professionalism, comfort and good energy these girls gave. They NEVER made us feel rushed even though I know we ran passed our time and I really appreciated that. We will be going back for another massage, facial and im hoping another fun service! :-

I've only said I love you to less than a handful of people. I said it to my massage therapist in the first minute of my massage! I have been to a few different places and this one is perfect! It's cute and has its own special touch. Most important the work is phenomenal. With my professional having a good massage therapist is crucial. I'm so glad I found one! The price is reasonable and the service is fantastic! I can't wait for my next one :-

Stress and tension really does a number on my body. I have found few therapists who really give a good deep tissue massage. Cassandra really is amazing. Definitely one of the best massages I have experienced. Highly recommend

One of my absolute favorite places in manchester. When I can spoil myself I go to serenity spa. I have done a lot of spa treatments but my favorite is the body wrap. Really makes my skin as smooth as silk. The most relaxing experience is having a facial. But since I work hard I need to fix my neck and shoulders with a deep tissue massage. I trust all the staff so if I will let any of the ladies work on me.

I have treated my friends and family with gift certificates and they all have continued to be repeat customers as well. So if I could I give 10 plus stars! Oh and did I mention the huge list of services ear coning, waxing, Mani and pedi. The list goes on. not keeping this place a secret. My fiance loves calling his massage therapist magic fingers and we truly love getting a couples massage!

Worst manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten. My 3 year-old could have done a better job. I asked for a French manicure that turned out terrible, uneven, discolored, and looked like the work of an amateur that had just learned what a French manicure was. My toes didn't turn out quite as bad - but were still awful, uneven, and unprofessional looking. NEVER go to this place it's a waste of time and money.

I went to Serenity spa a few weeks ago and had a fantastic massage with Sharon. I am really picky too but she is perfect and really listened to my particular needs. I felt wonderful for days afterwards. This spa has a ton of great choices and really good pricing. I can not wait to return.

I got my girlfriend the chocolate indulgence package here and when she came out afterward she looked like a whole new person. She said it was the best gift she had ever received and wants to come back to do the couple chocolate massages. They have a HUGE variety of services to choose from both with and without chocolate and I highly recommend it to any guy who needs a great gift or any woman who needs a retreat.

My massage was so good that I want to move to Manchester, NH! The price was also really good compared to where I live. I went with a group and Serenity was able to accommodate all of requests, without a lot of notice. Everyone enjoyed their services. The environment was cozy and comfortable. I can't wait to go back.

Serenity Spa has more services than any spa I've ever been too. It takes almost an hour to read through them all on their website, seriously! That being said, I enjoy them. They are quite affordable, yet professional. They always run many specials every month that can be viewed on their website. Each month, they add additional seasonal treatments to their already tremendous amount of services.

For services there, I've had a hot oil scalp massage, microdermabrasion, and a mud wrap & salt glow. They are a small operation, so scheduling isn't always the easiest but worth it when you get in. I've played a lot of phone tag with them to get scheduled. I really wish they had online scheduling like almost all other spas these days! I've actually gone to other places twice because I was able to instantly schedule an appointment for the day and time needed rather than wait to have them call me back.

For this reason I'd take away a star, rating them a 4. I hope they read this and consider adding an online scheduling feature at some point, the sooner the better. They are easy to find, with plenty of parking in a private lot. Comparing them to other area spas, I'd say they lose a star for decor. While although nice inside, I still think they could improve on the spa feel overall.

Little details can go a long way. Service wise itself, I'd rank them 5 stars. I wish you could rank them in different categories on Yelp. That being said, I can't wait to go back for a hot oil massage. They have 5 kinds to chose from based on your specific needs. They also have a champagne massage that sounds delightful!
