Unfriendly staff at the Upper deck restaurant, who want to see you get out of the place as quickly as possible. We were allocated a table at the farthest corner, not clear if there was an intention of keeping us away from the rest of the white patrons. Will not be going here again if there is such open discrimination. The waitress of course denied this when we questioned her why she assigned us this table. Food was good though, and that's why they managed to get 2 stars from me.

Great place to take the family they do a lot of cool things than basketball courts indoor and outdoors swimming pools with a jacuzzi Asana and diving board I think they have a water slide on the side I'm not 100% sure and a kiddie pool they also have lap pools. They have a men's locker room and they have a family like a room. They have tennis courts they have a rock climbing wall they have racquetball courts they also have a track above the indoor basketball gym they have a really great weight room so they have a little bit of everything for rain type of person. They do yoga classes and stuff like that they do events on occasion job fairs and stuff like that so they're really cool please turn become a member at their gym.

I've been a long-term member at Hampshire Hills. With so many options of classes and venues, I have been able to customize my workout routine to suit my needs. I recently started Fitness Stretch with Wendy on Monday and Wednesday mornings. And what a great way to wake up the muscles before moving on to some of the more rigorous classes. Wendy has years of experience and helps us maximize the benefits during the thirty minute class. So even after being a member for thirteen years, I am still discovering new benefits at Hampshire Hills!

What a great venue. My BNI (Business Networkers International) meeting is held there every Thursday morning at 7:45. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The facility is immense with everything conceivable for your health and fitness. I highly recommend its use as a fitness facility and as a venue. For a first hand look at the venue, I invite you to be my guest visitor to my BNI chapter Thursday. The friendly front desk staff will direct you to where BNI meets. Since it is an invitation only meeting, just say you are Charles's guest.

I hosted a baby shower for my friend at Hampshire Hills. The staff were more than accommodating, allowing me to set up the room the night before the shower. Everyone involved (event coordinator, catering staff) were at my beck and call for all of my needs and requests during the planning process, during the decorating phase, and during the event itself.
The price for the room (for the event) was far less than other places nearby such as LaBelle Winery and Murphy's tap room. I will definitely be hosting future parties there!

This club is awesome and offers a lot to its members for the all inclusive price, where other comparable gyms charge more and offer less except to upgrade to a more pricey option! If you are looking to have a pool you can actually use this is the place, and it is not extra for the outdoor pool, tennis, or barre. I wish I knew this before I over spent my money for 2 years at a gym I couldn't use the pool ever and had to pay extra for other options I wanted!
They also offer a great Veterans discount as well! Full use of the NH Dome is included! It has a spa, hair salon, a cafe, and a restaurant and their open all the time! We will be life long members here!

Serious upgrades of the machines and interior design of the gym room is needed. Free weight room lacks a good selection and organization. The regular gym needs the machines upgraded. They also leave Fox News on instead of mixing it up which is a very bold political statement, something no business should be subjecting its customers to. Locker rooms are very old and not very clean with the lockers left dusty and dirty in the inside. The gym really needs to work on these issues.

Outdated. I am a current member, but will cancel when the year is up. Upgrades in equipment and workout areas are needed. Seems like an old club that is exactly the same as it was 15 years ago in a bad way. It feels like there is no major investment made, and that I would have access to better equipment and workout spaces at the $10 a month gym down the road. I pay $118 and would honestly pay more for a gym/ health club that is really nice, but this is not that place.

I've been a member of Hampshire Hills for about three years. I enjoy the classes, and I find the teachers very knowledgeable. I've always had a positive experience until lately. One of the main classes that I take is water aerobics which I do about three to four times per week at 5:30 to 6:30. However, I noticed lately that the pool seems to be overbooked--all for the same times-- with swimming lessons for adults and children, swim team, physical therapy, summer camp, parties, and water aerobics.
Most of the kids in the pool are supervised by the lifeguards, with the parents off to other sections of the club for classes. I'm no longer going to be taking classes at this time, but I'm going to remain a member because I enjoy many other aspects of the club. My concern with the club is that they really don't listen to the membership.
The club has forgotten that the paying members do deserve to enjoy the facilities without having unsupervised children in their classes, especially since it costs so much to attend. I would have to see significant changes to the pool schedule before I feel really positive about the club again--I think they are missing out on a part of their mission to offer health care options for seniors and others with arthritis and other health issues in the evenings.

Way overpriced. Not enough machines. Long waiting periods. Nasty staff and spastic kids let loose to roam by inconsiderate parents with no oversight by staff. Pool, jacuzzi area and saunas are nice to use when not closed for maintenance or hogged by classes, etc. $200 for a family is steep, but for a typical fam of 4, it's only $50 per head. Single memberships get skewered with $100+ monthly dues. The reason why you're paying through the nose: Hills' "royalty;" its lifetime membership holders, pay ZILCH.
