I do not recommend getting lash lift their. I got mine done and it didn't not meet my expectation of lash lift. Also my lashes started to get really bad and it started to break down and curved really bad and you can't see any lifting neither the tint that they applied for me. Don't recommend getting it done at all. I regret getting done and how bad my lashes looking now and how bad they are going and breaking.

I visited Casaandra Salon for getting a hair cut. I had long hair and I wanted to donate it for a good cause and I got to know that Cassandra Salon participates in hair donation program. The receptionist helped me in filling the out the hair donation form. I was assigned Donna as my stylist. Donna washed, shampooed, and conditioned my hair. She then cut my hair and styled. Donna did an amazing job and I liked how my hair cut turned out to be. : I had a relaxing time at this salon.

Thanks to Donna and also to the salon for making my hair donation process very easy and simple. I absolutely recommend this place and I'm sure I will visit soon for other services they provide.

The best pedicure (Angie) I have ever had, and I've had a lot over the years. She took such good care of my feet and seemed to really understand the true meaning of what a pedicure is all about. I brought my mom, who is 84, with me and they treated us with respect and care. The staff is friendly and the spa is beautiful. Also the prices were very reasonable. We had a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this spa. Also, I'm going back for my next pedicure!

I have been going to see Kathy Marlette for my nails for over a year and she does a GORGEOUS job as you can see. Would highly recommend Cassandra to anyone looking for a place to be pampered.

I wish I could give a TEN for this review! I had a horrible experience at another salon - the balayage and cut were completely off and my hair was damaged as a result. I called Cassandra Salon and Spa, which I was referred to by a friend. Their receptionist Heidi was absolutely awesome! She was helpful and got me an appointment within 3 days. My stylist was Amber and she was exceptional.

She and I talked about the state of the condition my hair was in, went over colors, cuts and she told me what she was doing throughout the entire appointment. I was in and out and so happy! I have already received so many compliments from my hair cut and style. I've referred a couple girls to see her! I know they'll be just as happy and impressed as I am. Thank you! :

It's a beautiful and clean salon. Especially with COVID, everything was spotless and well-spaced. Everyone was very welcoming and and seemed lovely. And I saw some clients with absolutely beautiful cuts at other stations. But I asked for side-swept bangs and I got blunt bangs (please see the picture I showed her vs the cut I received). It's obviously not the cut I wanted nor asked for, and it will grow out, but to say the least I will be searching for a new stylist.

My hairdresser worked on 2 other clients during my appointment. She didn't have time for me at all. She went super fast through my hair to do my foils. She kept leaving me while she tended to other clients. I wanted a color close to my natural color but it ended up being reddish brown with a darker brown chunk of hair around my hairline. This is NOT what I expected from a high end salon.

Awful experience. It doesn't even deserve on star. I now have to go get a color correction. My hair is so damaged now I am surprised that a "high end" salon would deliver such poor poor results.

After living in NYC for the past 12 years and experiencing 3 months of a pandemic, I finally came home for rest, and unfortunately, overgrown color. I work at Allure Magazine which means access to famous stylists as needed--my own does color for big-name celebs and brands including Balenciaga and Celine. After realizing I may not see her until fall at the earliest (a gap of 8 mos in total), I did a bit of research and landed on Kylie Rigney for a natural-looking blonde full highlight.

I went in last Friday and have to say the color is beautiful. We talked through what I wanted and she matched it to perfection. She's incredibly talented and could easily be dropped into a very high-end NYC salon (in a pre-COVID world) with many happy customers.

I started coming here a few years back when David started working here. Since then I've had him cut my hair and all my sons hair and we've always been happy. I've also had Tracey do a fantastic job with my hair. Currently these days I see Lauren every 3-4 weeks and she does an amazing job on with my hair, beard, eyebrows and my (hate to say this) ears. Yup 50 is rough. Anyway, I'd highly recommend this salon and I'm not an easy customer to please.

Within the past week I received several unknown number phone calls at the same time at night a few nights apart that rang once. A voicemail was received from this salon and spa inviting me to some thing they are having. I do not appreciate the spammy nature of these calls. In this day and age, who thinks its ok to do this sort of thing? I am completely shocked they would do this.

I've been going to Cassandra's for 25 years. Now my daughters both go. Tracey just did the most marvelous job with color and cut on my youngest. She is fantastic.

I see Sonia for my facials and she is the best! I have struggled to find a good product for my acne prone skin and she suggested Skin Ceuticules and it has transformed my skin. I don't know much about skin care but she always does the most beneficial facials and treatments for me. I trust her expertise and always look forward to seeing her.

I got my hair cut by Nicole here and she did such a beautiful job! I hadn't got my hair professionally in over a year and it was looking ROUGH. The tricky part is I wanted to still keep a lot of my length and she did it absolutely perfect! She was so nice and even made sure that I was okay with the length before she cut it. When it came around to styling, she even took the time to explain to me how to style my hair the same way she was with the iron. It looks absolutely beautiful and I wish I lived closer so I could go to her more often! In summary, ASK FOR NICOLE SHE IS AMAZING!

Went in for a light brown and got a puss and a no just go for blonde left with yellow, face palmed as soon as seen it, throw on a toner she says and walks off. I have been many times over a decade but never been treated so poorly and most certainly would not return and surely would not recommend to anyone a disgrace to let a customer leave visible upset as I was.

I sat down and no time spent just slap on color and sat in another chair to process while 3 more customers went through her chair and for someone else to slap on toner, could have told her color will not lift me but this lady did not have time to listen big rush in the end she thought it looked good and I could have got same result with a color from a box and better yet would have done color I had photos of and was willing to maintain on my virgin hair.

I went to Cassandra's after a botched highlight job from another salon. The Cassandra's team scheduled me in right away with Rachel. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and absolutely saved my hair. She also fixed my haircut as it was not laying correctly. I could not be more grateful! I will being going back to Cassandra's for my next cut and color. Thanks again!

25.00 to get estimate for Hair Straightening, the estimate was minimum $450.00 to 525.00 possibly a little more, and a note at the bottom of the estimate that there will be a recommendation for products needed to maintain hair. My wife's hair is already fairly straight, I just couldn't comprehend 525.00 to straighten hair. I heard they were pricey but this is REALLY pricey by 200 to 275.00. Not for us, free@ glass of wine or not. I guess we wasted 25.00, better than 500.00 I will say a great atmosphere and nice place, but come back to earth on the pricing.

First time I went there after a friends recommendation. I had Sky. I brought in several photos of Jennifer Anniston. I ahd dark hair and I wanted highlights and a cut. I walked in with dark long hair and walked out with half dark half blond f-d up cut. :( I was SOOOOOO disapointed, not only did I not get what I asked for, I got something not even acceptable.

It looked horrible. After spending $200+, I called the manager back the next day and complained. She insisted that hes a TOP colorist but offered to redo it for free. I took the offer and got it fixed by someone else. It looked good. NOT jennifer anniston.but good. I guess you have to go to the hair stylist of the pros to get the same look. :( Anyway. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SKY. Other than that the place was nice. Pricey. Free beverages while you wait. Stylists are not very personable. Oh well.
