His is my very first visit, and now I wouldn't want to go to anywhere else! Plenty of parking! The Spa is warm, spotless and welcoming, Leanne was sweet and kind at the front desk. Maria took care of me and let me tell you she is amazing! She made me feel comfortable, took the time to care for my needs, very thoroughly. My facial was a wonderful experience, my face feels soft and looks healthy. I absolutely recommend Beauty Kliniek Aromatherapy Day Spa!

I really did not have a good experience at this Spa so I am here writing a Yelp review because they need to do so much better when it comes to Customer Service. I have over 8+ years of working in Customer Service and I feel like at this spa everyone is in a rush. I get that we were running late because my mother is in a wheelchair and has a hard time walking but I received some extremely rude comments from the wax lady and would not recommend her at all if your life depended on it.

She was so rude to me and my mother because my mother was taking long in the restroom. I even told her that my mom has some mental health problems and that she is on medication and she didn't even say anything after that. It wasn't until I had to tell her to her face that she was being rude to me the customer that she stopped talking about her "next client showing up and that she was on a tight schedule." They should really fire her.

I have never been talked to so disrespectfully at a Spa in my life. I also was not told where to bring my mother for her wax appointment by the girls at the front. They are all over the place and disorganized. I have even worked at Massage Envy for some time and you are supposed to walk the guest to their room. Where was that at this Spa? They just expect you to know where all the rooms are and where they go. (It was our first time at this Spa. Plus, I had no help opening doors for my mother in her wheelchair.

It was crazy how no one thought I may need help opening a door for her room since the doors did not all stay open. We had no idea where to go.) I will be trying out other spas, and this is unfortunate because I live close to this one and wanted it to work out. Will not be coming back.

I was recommended here by a friend after numerous doctors appointments for knee and ankle issues. After X-rays and urgent care visits, only to be told I was swollen and take ibuprofen, I found my cure! Linda is the best of the best. The amount of care I received as well as the knowledge she passed on got me running again. My knee was the size of a cantelope.

After just five visits, I was back to normal. More than that I had direction how to live healthier and move better. Anybody experiencing swelling post surgery or just swelling in general, please, give Linda a shot. She truly is an incredible lady. She gives so much! The staff is wonderful. Wow! Just wow!

Absolutely divine. This spa has EVERYTHING you could ever need. From lymphatic experts, to aroma therapy mixes I have never seen in my life, to beauty treatments, to infrared technologies to complete relaxation and bliss. I can't say enough about my experience here. The staff is lovely. The inside is an oasis and a full facility. I didn't expect it to be so large before walking in and just wow.

It really blew me away. Linda Anne performed MLD on me and I left so relaxed for the rest of the night and my leg pain was gone from my lipedema. I bought some essential oil mixes and I'm in bed basking away at the scents now. I can't wait to return.

I really enjoy my occasion facials! Everything thing Sharez does is for to my comfort and relaxation. I never forget them. I think I misspelled her name but close enough that they will know who I mean if you call and request her. I went yesterday; my skin looks refreshed, feels great and I had a lovely time. The Spa has pulled some of the nice touches like showers and tea to protect clients from Covid but everything is super clean and mask are worn by all the staff and practitioners.

I have been going here for 22 years and by far this is the best Day spa. LindaAnne and David have been the owners and they take this business in a very personal way. The people they hire here are excellent. I go for massages, facials, and lymph drainage treatments. LindaAnne has been trained all over Europe and is one of the best. In fact one of my friends was referred to her from New York. Also, because I've been going for so long I look about 10 years younger. The skin products are incredible and LindaAnne has her own line.

There was no appointment available when I called in Wednesday morning so David made some calls and coordinated for a therapist to come in to provide a service for me. Lindsay was absolutely the best. I can't handle much pressure because it causes me to feel ill the next day. She got it and provided an absolutely perfect massage that was energizing and relieved my pain. So happy to have this spa available in our neighborhood.

I hadn't been to Beauty Kliniek in quite a while, but I thought I'd give it a try. When I called to make an appointment, I was not asked what kind of massage I wanted. When I arrived, I still was not asked. I should have spoken up at the time, but I didn't. My mistake. The generic massage was mediocre at best. It was also "cut short, " as another reviewer wrote about hers.

I feel like I paid $100 for an extended neck massage. It didn't even get to my lower back. I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want to get the massage therapist in trouble during Covid when those types of jobs might be difficult to find. The massage experience was relaxing, but it was definitely not a good massage. I like the idea that this business is local and has been around for a long time, but I won't go back again.

Shinaz, David and Linda Anne are amazing caring people. They do a great job and take pride in all they do!

This review is for Shahnaz. After Tanya left, I starting seeing her for both facials and massages. She does an excellent job in both, is calm and soothing and very professional. She always asks what you are looking for and talks about which treatments may be best. I walk out of the Spa feeling refreshed and sleepy- which is absolutely amazing for this sleep deprived working mom!

I am a very busy person and have been meaning to write this review for months now. I have never used Yelp and created an account specifically for this reason. It pains me and it is not my intention to bash a small business, however I am also a business owner and feel I must say something because my experience was absolutely horrendous. When I called to make an appointment I spoke with a girl named Leanne.

Everything seemed okay at first however when I arrived she was extremely rude. She was looking at her phone and did not even realize I was waiting to be helped. When she did look up she gave me an attitude and seemed annoyed. Then my massage therapist was almost 30 minutes late to greet me. When I told Leanne, she again had her phone out and was short with me and rolled her eyes when I said I was short on time and asked if there was another therapist.

She just said "uh no there's not" in a very condescending tone. At this point I was extremely angry but I let it go and remained calm. Finally my therapist Irene came and she looked unprofessional and disheveled. The massage was okay however it was cut short because she had another client and she talked the whole time. I could not believe how this beautiful spa had such terrible, unintelligent, self absorbed employees.

Maybe I just got unlucky but my experience was truly embarrassing. When I went to check out Leanne was again looking down at her phone and l had to get her attention. She said "how was everything" and I told her I had a bad experience is there anyway I could get a refund. She laughed and said no. It was very odd, this girl seems to have no social skills and is very immature and rude.

At that point she began to say she would ask her manager, and I let her know I just wanted to leave as soon as possible and I would handle it. I have never in my life been so disrespected, and left feeling so angry. I really needed to relax that day as I am dealing with the death of a loved one, and needed to feel relaxed for my own mental health.

I was really disgusted by the actions of both girls. Irene seemed oblivious and Leanne seemed to not care at all, as if she is confident she can treat people this way without repercussions. As a business owner I would fire both employees because no customer should ever feel so disrespected. As I left I let her know I would not be back and she smiled and said "k I don't care".

Instead of trying to resolve the issue. Maybe the owners are unaware as I see there are other amazing reviews, however this behavior is unacceptable, and it ruins the reputation of the business. I will not be back unless these employees are terminated, as I feel so uncomfortable ever seeing them again.

Shahnaz is amazing! I was nervous for my first lymph massage ever, and Shahnaz put me at ease immediately. She explained how it works before we began our first session and is highly skilled at what she does. I am someone who does a lot of research/reading reviews before making a decision for anything like this and I also never write reviews, but after 5 sessions with Shahnaz I truly felt compelled to do it so I can help others make their choice to go here. This little gem is nestled in a sleepy community and you wouldn't know it was even there unless you were looking for it. Shanaz offers the best facials and is very pleasant. I appreciate that she is silent during the treatment and let's me soak up every second of relaxation.

I had multiple lymphatic drainage massages with Shahnaz and she is fantastic and what she does. She spent time in the beginning to explain how the lymphatic system works and even gave me information on dry brushing. It is worth the investment I tried to save a little bit of money going to somebody every year closer to me but they ended up kneeding hard lumps in my body and weren't as experienced in the field even though they both had the same training. I know Shanaaz uses the Vodder technique which is what I was told to seek out in an MLD therapist.

Linda Anne has changed my life! I have had lymphedema for years and finding Beauty Kliniek and Linda Anne has been an answer to my prayers. Within a few sessions my swelling reduced dramatically. She is incredibly knowledgeable, works well with your doctors and is able to answer any questions you could have about lymphedema, lipedema, and so many other topics.

She taught me how to bandage and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident to manage your care at home. Her lymphatic drainage massage therapy is soothing and makes a huge difference. You will not regret your time at Beauty Kliniek!

After I met the owner Linda Anne Kahn I sent my wife to Beauty Kliniek. Linda Anne is such an amazing person. I was blown away at the wealth of knowledge she had about health and wellness and lymphedema. Her quest to help people with lymphedema is nonstop. I have been going to Beauty Kliniek now for many years. Linda Anne Kahn is the owner and also does Lymphatic Massage as one of her MANY specialties. She has helped me to maintain my lymphedema in my leg and keeps me up to date with information when she learns of something new. Linda Anne is very caring and truly goes above and beyond any professional I know.

I have even had facials done by Maria as well. She really knows how to make you feel fresh and relaxed. The front staff is very helpful and accommodating to your needs too. I highly recommend giving Beauty Kliniek a try. They will not disappoint!

I like their massages and their prices are comparable to the going rate. All their masseuses are strong and professional. I am athletic and like a deep tissue massage. They always leave me feeling stronger and refreshed. Only wish I could go more often. My most recent massage was with Lindsey. Lindsey gives deep but relaxing massages (per my request).

As an athlete, that is exactly what I need. I like using locally-owned, small businesses and this fits the bill. I often give gift cards for Beauty Kliniek, perfect treat for friends/family. Make sure to sign up for their cost-saving, email specials. Treat yourself.

I truly enjoy this tried and true day spa. The massage therapists have all been good, however my latest, Irene is amazing. She is totally in tune to what's going down with your body, and she isn't too hard or too soft. She didn't start meaningless conversation, and her breathing helped moderate mine. I enjoy facials here as well as lash tints and eyebrow waxing.

The steam shower pre treatment is also awesome. Highly recommend. ONLY SUGGESTION: Get one or two NEW large size robes. Come on, I can't be the only plus size woman who comes to this spa.
