I'm a long time customer and always happy with the service no matter what company name they are under.

Before COVID-19 I went to super tan and bought 4 months worth of unlimited tanning after living out of state for 8 years going off of my experiences there from before. I wish I wouldn't have. I'm not sure what happened to this place but it is absolutely disgusting. I was unhappy with the lack of cleanliness pre-COVID, but after returning since their reopening I am just even more disgusted.

You would think with everything going on they would have put forth extra efforts regarding cleanliness. That is not the case. I went into my tanning room today, there were no towels, no paper towels, no trash can, tanning sticker pieces on the walls, lotion splattered on the walls AND EVEN WORSE SOMEONES FAKE NAIL ON THE GROUND! I literally couldn't even touch the handles to keep my arms up in the tanning booth because they were so greasy like they haven't been cleaned in who knows how long. I am just appalled. If I could get a refund for the 4 months of tanning I paid for in advanced to go somewhere else I would.

I feel compelled to compliment the staff for always being friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I've been in, whoever was at the counter has given excellent service!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism I went in to tan and the manager Carly was working, she was so kind and professional and helped me pick the best bed for the tan I was trying to achieve and even helped me pick a lotion! highly recommend

I absolutely love this place and have been coming back for 8 years now. Every employee that I've seen work there over the years has been very sweet, friendly and helpful! Unfortunately today I had a TERRIBLE experience. Not only did I receive absolutely no help at all from an employee named Kira when trying to pick out a lotion, she was EXTREMELY RUDE and had no idea about the sales for today. I brought a friend that has never been to super tan before after talking up the place and she will never come back. Very uncomfortable experience.

Super friendly staff. Great equipment that is clean and maintained efficiently. Excellent help with online ordering a package. Look forward to getting my vitamin D at SuperTan since winter is never going to end this year!

I've been going to super tan now for little over a year now an I must say the staff there is very friendly, knowledgeable. Very well kept. Clean an sanitized. Can always expect a smile when you first walk in. Highly recommend for all your tanning experiences
