Terrence Michael Salon

I followed Luigy to Bellisimo and have been going there for about a year-- every 4 weeks--I schedule months in advance. The past 2 appointments Luigy has been over 20 minutes late. The last appointment he didn't start until 2:15p and my appointment was at 1:30p. No apology from salon. I actually had to leave with WET hair because I had another appointment to get to.

I left without tipping-- my time is just as valuable. Luigy ended up texting me and asked what was wrong. I will not be returning to this salon. I understand he is a Master Colorist with Aveda and he does do excellent work but the customer service is just as important. Calls to have a salon manager call me went unreturned.

Anna was very quiet, (no conversation, very cold)and a little hard to understand what I whant. My hair wasn't in a good condition(dry, demage) but i went as a client. the highlight came nice but she left a lot of color on my skin. All around my face.and a little pricey. Disappointing

This was a couple of months ago so forgive me, I don't recall the stylists name. I was delivering Doordash - I saw some aveda products and looking for aveda make up - I asked if they sold the inner light dual mineral foundation. The girl who was doing braids for someone said to me " no, because Aveda is reformulating it - so they don't have the new ones yet" A complete lie. I spoke to aveda personally through customer service on their website. They had no idea what I was talking about Why would you lie like that? Doesn't make any sense.

Today was our first time into Bellisimo Salon. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, everyone was friendly and made you feel right at home. We made an appointment in advance and they were able to schedule us right away. My daughter had the keratin treatment for her hair, we are still in a state of WOW on how amazing it turned out. When we walked in we figured we would be cutting 6-8 inches of fried hair off. Instead she was able to keep her long hair and everyone is happy! Thank you Emily for doing a great job. Choosing a new hair stylist can be hard. This was my first time going to Jahn. He knew exactly how to handle my naturally curly hair. My search for a new hair stylist is over. Bellisimo and Jahn are the best! Service: Hairstyling

What happened? This was my salon for over 10 years. It was almost a second family. The last couple of visits I saw it declined. And the teal! The salon used to be calming and elegant, now it's a jarring 1980's atrocious teal. It's a shell of the salon I used to go to. I had been to a couple of different stylist over the years, they are all gone now. I miss Terrance Michael.
