Great atmosphere, Covid protocols followed and I received a great cut from Deanna M. She is new there and her supervisor helped teach her a better way to do something. Nice team work. Friendly staff and very clean. I will return here regularly for Deanna. Can't wait for a pedicure!

Hannah is the BEST. I moved up from the city a few years ago and am very picky about my hair. Hannah has been my hairdresser since I moved and I will go no where else but Studio One to see her. I also got a braid/blowout by Jamie which was so beautiful. I always get compliments on my hair - all thanks to Studio One!

I went today for the first time ever and had Amanda. Oh my gosh, I have never been happier about a a haircut! I told her I wanted a shoulder cut with layers, she recommended a length that would work really well with the layers.and like magic she gave me EXACTLY what I was hoping for! I was recommended this place by my roommate when she went for her birthday a couple of weeks ago, and she came home with this GORGEOUS, transformative cut.

I knew the second I saw her that I HAD to come here, and I am so glad that I did. I will be coming here for all of my hair needs from now on. Amanda, again, thank you so much!

I have been a patron of Studio One since moving to the Hudson Valley almost 20 years ago. Kristen is my go-to girl for fresh, healthy cuts, donating my locks and amazing updos, like for my 25th wedding anniversary. She even weaved in ribbons in my favorite color-purple-I hated to take it down! I like Jerry for friendly, beautiful service on manicures, and Amanda is a terrific owner. She cut my two boys hair until they got too old for a "salon." LOL. I am a loyal fan!

I've been going to Studio One since I moved to New Paltz over 6 years ago - they even did hair and makeup for my wedding and my bridal party! Their work is top notch. Everyone there is friendly and accommodating. I always leave looking and feeling great. I see Hannah for my cut/color and she's amazing at what she does. I highly recommend this salon and Hannah in particular for your color needs!

I wasn't so pleased with my haircut after leaving earlier today and left a negative review. The owner read my review and went out of her way to contact me within an hour of leaving and offered to personally fix my hair. I am now very happy with how my hair looks and even happier about the great customer service this small business owner showed. Thank you.

I had Kate W. from Studio One do my hair and makeup for my wedding. She was able to fit me in on a very short notice and she worked with me on dates. My favorite part of working with her was her humor! She made. me feel right at home and completely comfortable. At the trial, she was receptive to all of my suggestions, and offered some back as well.

The day of she came to my hotel and was super wonderful even after I was 1/2 hour late! My hair was gorgeous and everyone loved it. Plus it didnt move all night! Same for my makeup. I got airbrushing and It was still on when I woke up the next morning! I looked absolutely beautiful thanks to Kate and Studio One!

When another salon royally screwed and fried my hair Hannah worked a miracle! I wanted auburn hair with a blonde balayage and the other salon turned my hair neon orange and there was no blonde at all. Hannah managed to give me exactly what I originally wanted matching my reference picture perfectly and deep conditioned my locks to fix what was damaged.

She made me feel comfortable and kept me laughing the whole time I was there. If you're looking for a new stylist I would highly recommend Hannah but all the stylists at Studio One are amazing so no matter who you choose you'll look fabulous!

Disappointed in the customer service experience we had today. We booked weeks ago and booked for 2 pedicures. I went first and the girl was very nice. The second appointment was at 4:30 and and waited for an hour to be seen. The most annoying part was that not one person came out to say that they were running late or even acknowledged that they. were present.

The owner was also present and not one word from her, even when they didn't stay for the second appointment. Disappointed in the customer service. Hope that they appreciate their customers. I know people have bad days and all. I'm hoping this was a bad customer service day for them and this is not how it is all the time. Plus my toe nail is already messed up and it wasn't even 20 minutes after the appointment.

Studio One did a wonderful job with wedding hair and makeup for me, my bridesmaids, and other family members. Everyone at the shop is so friendly, and we really enjoyed our morning there. I don't usually wear makeup so was worried my makeup would look overdone, but Gerry kept in natural and beautiful. Amanda did my hair and it was beautiful and exactly how I wanted it. Thank you, Studio One!

My bridal party got our hair and makeup done at Studio One Hair Salon. The staff was amazing and the skill displayed was unbelievable! All the girls were so happy with how their make-up and hair looked! I forgot my hairclip in my hotel room which could have been very stressful, but Amanda simply did my hair perfectly without it and then just put it in when the clip was delivered! Thanks Studio One Hair Design for making me and my bridesmaid feel beautiful!
