Booked via agoda. Very smooth. Arrived 1.30pm on the booking day, straight away got my room ready after register. Very fast. Receptionist also easy going. Place is clean n spacious. Lift very fast to get. Room was excellent, at par with the price I paid. Wi-Fi's superb. Breakfast not many choice but ate everything and it was delicious. Tekak Malaysian lah.
The rooftop is well landscaped, can OOTD there. I just don't like the TV channel cuz it's so boring, last2 I just open pirate movie from my laptop. Tq for your splendid service D'Elegance hotel crew. Oh ya, strategic place, got so many Kedai Hipster to go, just need to walk. If lazy you can drive lah adoiii emang dasar

First, I've made the reservation for the room with bathtub amenity where me and my spouse were so excited. After we get into the room and found having serious water dripping sound. It will enormously affect our rest time. Thus, we called the reception and request to change to another room with bathtub, unfortunately all room with bathtub are full and counter offered with "upgrade" room without bath tub.
We accepted the offer as we knew that not your receptionist fault. After we moved to so call "upgrade" room, it is even worst than the original room that we booked. Secondly, we are having body check up on the next day morning and we required to fasting, so definitely we will missed out the breakfast buffet. Request to change to lunch meal or any set meal after we check up, and your hotel not allow to do so but keep ask me to pay for that. I've been paid for it and seems like I get nothing at all.

Room especially toilet very smelly. Not a pleasant experience. First room given totally smelly cannot stay in. Ask for change in second room which is better but faulty smell of urine still strong in the bathroom. If not because of strong wifi, I would have change hotel next day. Please check all your room.
