The spirit of Dancing Leaf Spa & Salon lies in the harmony and simplicity found in everyday nature. The name was inspired by the work of nature on a fall afternoon. Lisa Conover, the Spa's founder, was inspired to name it after a scene in a park. As she walked through a grove of enormous oak trees late one fall afternoon, she noticed a single, falling leaf.

Booked a massage, facial and back facial for my daughter who works in the medical field in California. I let them know how very hard she has worked for the last 14 months and that she needed some TLC. They were wonderful! Took the time to discuss issues she had from wearing protective gear for 12 hours a day and made several suggestions to help clear her skin up. Can't say enough about how well she was treated. She was a "noodle" when she was done. She absolutely loved it.

I've been a patron of Dancing Leaf for more than a decade, and even though I don't live in the area, I always make a point of stopping in for a treatment (or two!) when I'm in town because the experience is truly exceptional. From scheduling, to special requests, to gift cards, they always deliver, and I have yet to have a service there that wasn't fabulous. Their friendly staff and their highly skilled aestheticians and therapists along with the serene setting always make for a relaxing escape from reality!

Such a treat to come here! The facilities are so much bigger than you think from the outside. The real "day spa" experience. Had a spa day with my mom for her bday and we were taken back to change, they have both men and women's lounges with locker rooms, showers, etc where you change into these amazing plush robes. The services were top notch. Got an amazing facial from Emily! After a 90 min massage we had a lunch set up and wine and got to catch up! So lovely! 100% recommend!

The reviews about "plush robes", massages and spa treatments were very enticing so after reading thru the website I called to book the Dancing Leaf Special Couples massage. I requested a deep tissue massage, and was told the 2 hour session included 90 mns of a custom massage and 30 mns of scrub. I was also told to be there 15 mns earlier. We got there 15 mns earlier were told to have a seat and precisely 30 mns later, we were in a mediocre room.no plush robes.no changing rooms.none of the things I read on the reviews.
First thing the therapists made clear was this is not deep tissue but firm and not what I had requested. We were there and had taken time away to get this 2 hour massage so we said let's try it. I didn't walk out because I was been too nice. We got 1:45 mns of been greased up like lamp chops and been caressed! aka Swedish massage! Never, never, never in all the years have I ever requested a Swedish massage.gross! When we went to pay all $300 plus tip, we were told I requested the Swedish Massage. Really? It is not our first massage. Very disappointing anniversary couples massage.

Just had a body scrub and deep tissue massage with Leah Ann. let me say that she is one of the very BEST masseuses I have ever had. The spa itself is beautiful and quite a surprise. Had no idea this little gem was so close to home. As a result of this session today, I will be going back for a massage with Leah Ann. Incredibly relaxing during a very stressful time in my life. Thank you!

I had my hair done and asked for my light brown hair to be darkened with bayalage highlights. she just put one overall color on it and cut it and called it a day. I was surprised she just completely skipped the bayalage step and charged me 200$ for it. Not to mention my hair was/is choppy in the front and I asked for a simple trim. I should have asked why I was given one overall color and charged 200$ but I was already so over it and just wanted to go.
I got a call and was refunded 25$ for the highlights that I never received. so I guess highlights are 25$ and the overall color is $185, makes sense *sarcasm*. Wouldn't recommend. Way too overpriced and the technique is a little outdated for the current trends. My 90 min massage was awesome though!

Fellas, I bought a spa package for my wife. Let me just say that after 1 month since treatment, she is still talking about it. She tells me how serene, relaxing, beautiful the spa is and how accommodating the friendly staff is. The treatments were "VERY" good. If you are looking for a great gift for your wife, she will do more than thank you. If you are a female looking for a spa, just know that if a man is writing this review, you know this spa is something truly special. High recommend as I even ponder about getting a facial.
