We feature 5 Levels of tanning, the Versa Spa automated spray on tanning booth, the Hydration Station and Spa Capsule. Our level 5 is the Matrix L33 high pressure tanning bed from Italy. All of our tanning beds also have facials and stereos with cd players, so you can completely relax during your ultimate tanning experience. We feature the Open Sun at the Germantown Salon and The Matrix L33 at the West Bend & Appleton Salons.

Using a tanning lotion is an essential element to achieving the deepest, darkest, longest lasting tan possible. The tanning lotions that we carry also have an immense amount of skin care ingredients. Did you know that UV light bounces off of dry skin? It takes 6-7 minutes for UV light to penetrate dry skin and only 30 seconds to penetrate moist skin.

I have had the pleasure of being apart of the 'family" at the Germantown salon since the day the doors opened, and not only as a "tanner!" Working there was the best part time job in addition to my full time job that I ever had. And to this day, I enjoy tanning at Tan R You, and helping out any way I possibly can. Kim, the owner, and her staff mean the world to me. May God keep you all safe, happy and healthy. Now and forever.

I enjoy coming here every day. The staff is insanely helpful and kind. They help me find the right product to get a successful tan without damaging my skin. Its nice after a long day to have somewhere to go where you always know youre in good hands even if it is for a 10 minute tan.

Good customer service team at the front desk. Don't waste your money on a level 5 package for the Matrix. The bulbs are rarely working 100% of the time and today was told the bed won't be fixed until the middle to end of September. If you are looking for a high pressure bed, go elsewhere.

I signed up for a 3 month membership, while tanning I had no concerns but none ever told me I had to cancel my membership. I went to the salon when I took note it was still pulling my dues.2 months paid beyond and do u think the owner would give me a 1 month reimbursement.no tried to sell me on services. Unfair when that portion of the contract was never disclosed to me.

Bought a package of 10 or 15 on the least expensive bed. I believe the bulbs on those beds are always old and a few were not lit on several occasions, 8 minutes produced no difference. 8 minutes at another salon gave me a mild burn. Almost every time I went there they tell me the level 1 beds are in use & I can wait 20 min. or "upgrade" for $$. Not going to happen.

I had 2 sessions about to expire this Dec. and thought I'd use them up. I was undressed, lights on when I realized, no glasses. Damn! went to find the employee only for her to tell me " New policy, you have to buy your own" $3.70 Not going to happen, it's principal, Bye bye.

Woah. I'm shocked at these low reviews. I was just checking the hours online when I noticed them, and had to leave a comment! I had a membership about 3 or 4 years ago and in that time didn't have a single problem with this place. Honestly I had preconceived notions that the girls who worked here would be snooty and rude as I was CLUELESS about tanning but from the second I walked in and every time I returned, everyone was so nice.

It smells good, it's clean, the beds never have bulbs burnt out, the beds are never dirty, they leave little candies for you and tanning goggles and overall make it a good experience. I stopped tanning but recently reopened my membership and still have not encountered any problems. The lotion is expensive because that is how they make their profit, their beds are cheap! Elegant tan is like 90+ dollars for a level two unlimited, here with my student ID it is just over 30. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone :

What did I like about it hmmmm nothing! First n for most the girls they have working there are more concerned with gossiping n carrying on with one another then actually doing their jobs n get snooty attitudes when u come in or ask them anything. I didn't mean to over work the two brain cells they had combined n stress them out over a work related question about a lotion.

The lotions r so overpriced it's ridiculous. The face tanner was burned out in two beds n several other bulbs. Idk who in their right mind would continue to go there between the girls who supposedly work there n the fact they rip u off every chance they get considering there is a much better place to go right down mequon rd that is elegant n the experience is pleasant with friendly staff n owner better prices n beds with great bulbs which give great golden results. Tan r u should be upset r u absolutely horrible.

This place will never get a dime from me. Upon entering and explaining that it is my first time there, the snotty front desk worker told be that i had better hurry up. I asked why and she replied that they would be closing in 5 minutes, which conflicted with the posted hours on their website. I told her that I would hate to inconvenience her and i will be leaving and she rolled her eyes at me.

I explained that I would never be back based on this first impression and how I would never spend money at a place that condescends me the way she did. Telling a customer, new or old, that they "better hurry up" is ridiculous. I'll be laughing when this place goes under due to poor customer service.
