Was very pleased with my hair cut and color Heidi was terrific!

Just wanted to comment on the great customer service I received from the manager and Wes, the owner. I was nervous to call after I was disappointed with the color/highlight I had done over the weekend with one of their stylists. I was going to be flying back West the following day and dreaded having to find someone and the time to fix my color. They were able to fit me in quickly. Wes talked and explained to me the hair coloring process, and was super attentive in correcting my hair.

I left happy with my hair and will continue to be a returning customer after all these years, even when I'm living out state. FYI- the new location is beautiful and I love the products this salon uses. I've been to so many places from NYC to SF--this is one of the rare salons that doesn't skimp on quality.

Daughter went in for condition treatment done they did a scrub on her highlighted hair it was dry matted and ruined. I called the salon several times they will not fix her hair or repair it. When contacted the owner he would not call back or get on the phone when I called. Then they said they wouldn't do her hair anymore because she was crying in salon.

Who wouldn't be crying. For what you pay and it's supposed be a upscale salon take my advice stay away from there unless you want your hair ruined. They didn't make her pay sent her home with products clearly admittance of messing her hair up. But I read a review where they mess somebody else is up and they made an appointment to fix hers because she was crying and had her return with an appointment to fix it. But my daughters hair was not fixed.

About ten years ago I got a TERRIBLE haircut at another establishment. I immediately searched google for a well reviewed salon to get it fixed. Salon Rouge was top rated and had a walk in available. Long story short, I got the best hair cut of my life and I've gone to Salon Rouge for every one ever since. Ask for Diana at the Granger location. She's a master and really good people.

I have been my having my hair done at Salon Rouge for at least 15 years and have never had a bad experience. I have always been welcomed with smiles from the staff at the front desk and Kim always works to help me get an appointment that works with my schedule. Ashley cuts my hair and I can honestly say I have never had a bad haircut, I have loved every single one.

Besides being excellent at what she does she is always sweet and fun to talk to and really listens to any concerns about my hair. She is always engaged and really pays attention to what you want done.

Staff was very nice, salon was very well kept and clean. My stylist was super fun and nice and I showed her pictures of what I wanted. I'm a brunette white girl and wanted a slightly darker chocolate - dark chocolate brown color as my hair had lightened in the sun over the summer. We agreed not black, nothing purple or red toned. Got home and my hair was as dark as my black lulu lemon tank top I had on. Called back right away and the staff tried to tell me they couldn't correct it because they were too busy and that it would lighten over time when I wash it.

I got semi-permanent color but I shouldn't have to just wait 2-3 weeks for the black to lighten. They ended up calling me and having me come in two days later and did a lightening wash but it only took out the harshness of the black not lighten to any sort of brown color. My hair is super black and not even close to what I wanted.

Madison cut my hair and she did a wonderful job. I went from super long hair to shoulder length, I brought in a picture and she made it look like the picture. I love my hair and it's so easy to do. Services: Body Waxing, Haircut

I took my son in for his first haircut (he's one and yes they knew this) and it was horrible experience. The hairdresser asked if this was his first haircut and I did tell her yes. Of course, being a toddler he did start crying and was scared. All of the sudden I was asked to leave as his crying was "disruptive" and that I would need to reschedule.

I was not charged for the appointment but left in tears with my sons half butchered haircut. They should not have booked his appointment (or any other young child) if they could not handle some crying. It's not like I was thrilled about his crying either but just wanted to get it done. I was absolutely mortified, no empathy whatsoever.

I went to the Granger location for a Brazilian wax and will not be going back. While she was nice, she did not use any product on me to clean off leftove wax nor any product to cool and clean. I had to pick pieces of wax off me and burnt for the rest of the day with no relief. I also had a hicky mark on my skin.

The haircut was great. I believe I was with Madison if I remember correctly. But when she waxed my eyebrows she ripped the skin off. It hurts so bad. I got them waxed Saturday morning and the pic was taken Sunday evening. Still so irritated and raw. I hope it doesn't scar.

Great conversation and the hair cut was perfect! I forget my lady's name but i walked in with my hair a wreck - cut all wrong and layers where there shouldn't be any. My lady cut my hair to fix what she could all while keeping length as much as she could. i will always go to here while i live in Indiana.

It doesn't matter which stylist I see, they always make me feel and look great!

Amazing atmosphere and the staff are very professional. I was offered a drink while waiting for my fiance and when it was all finished, her hair looked amazing! She always wanted to get more volume and it looks great the way it was done.

Heather is THE ONLY person I will ever let color my hair. After several TERRIBLE experiences at other salons, Heather not only fixed my problem, but, for the first time was actually able to give me exactly what I had been trying to get at other places. She is also really kind and funny to talk to during your appointment. The cleanliness and social distancing of the salon is top notch, they really go the extra mile to ensure not only a great service, but also now in a safe environment

I was in the middle of dying my hair to a soft brown (my natural color) from black. Hillary was able to dye my hair almost identical to my roots after picking all of the black strands out. It looks fantastic and I'm so glad she did such a great job!

Recently had my hair cut here (21 year old male) and was very impressed. The cut itself was good and my hair stylist was very helpful in helping me figure out what hair style would look best on my head. I wish I could remember her name because she was the best hair stylist i've ever had. I got very light headed in the middle of the hair cut, and she took the time to make sure I was alright and even brought me water. She went above and beyond for me and I will definitely be returning for another appointment here.

I needed to find a salon quick due to an unexpected work travel in a couple of days. Had called several different places and most places were already booked or they were too expensive for a color. Salon Rouge got me right in. Staff was pleasent and attentive. Explained what I needed and even though I had never been there before, they were able to match my color just right.

While rinsing my hair, they provided a nice head massage which was great. Left feeling relaxed and well taken care of. I haven't been to too many salons in town, but I had a very nice experience and plan on going back again. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a new place for hair color. I only received a touch up, but enjoyed my visit. Received $5 off for being a new customer.

I was visiting from Florida and just couldn't take my hair anymore. So I decided to try them after reading the reviews. I told them I needed someone who was good at cutting curly hair and they recommended Stephanie. They were also able to get me in the next day! Stephanie did an amazing job and my hair looks super cute! So glad I tried them.

I was hesitant to try a new salon to get a simple cut. Made the mistake of going for cheap & easy when I first moved to Granger. Salon Rouge is worth every penny. They were responsive and professional when I requested an appointment, the people I spoke with were friendly and understanding about scheduling, and Madeleine did a wonderful job listening to what I wanted and then doing a great job on my hair. I had a bad first experience and was a bit hesitant to return. The BM (Tammy) reached out and asked me to come back to see a new stylist to fix the issue. IT WAS THE BEST THING EVER. I had Hailey and she absolutely killed it! my hair is beautiful and I feel beautiful. Thank you so much Tammy. This showed me that you really do put customers first and thats very hard to find in businesses these days. You're awesome! My mom loved my hair and will be visiting the salon very soon!

It appears that reviews will only be accepted if you give them more than 4 stars. It will not show up if you give them anything less. I've been coming here for three years. Most of the time I have no complaints. This time however, I had the worst experience and will not be back. First, I was greeted and taken back to a chair where I was told that I would not be getting balayage, a service for which I scheduled.

I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was not far off from what I had already. She told me she could achieve that by doing a Malibu treatment and then the color. Me not being a hair professional said ok. I have the treatment in my hair and I'm sitting under a fan. She comes over and says, "your roots are fine right, you don't need them colored?" I tell her I do and she rolls her eyes and slams the fan back down on my head.

She won't adjust it so I slouched in my chair while being 5 months pregnant which is not comfortable. She says she can't cut my hair as short as I want it because then she will have to do balayage (what I made the appointment for). So I agree to just a trim. Long story short, I paid 140 dollars for my hair to look the exact same as when I walked in. It is still just as brassy as when I went in, the one thing that I wanted to get rid of. So disappointed and so over this place and their attitude.

I have been going to this salon for years now, at least 7 years. I have never been disappointed. Hillary is a color expert. The things she can do with my hair is actually magical, she is more of a wizard than a stylist. I would recommend her to anyone. Attached are photos of two different color miracles she worked for me. She is amazing, the kind of person that you want to know.

I trust her completely. For the first several years Brooke did my hair. She is also a great stylist. She helped me work toward being more adventurous with my style. I trust her completely and I know she is not only a great stylist, but also a great person. She is also great at coloring.

Just stepped out of my comfort zone & allowed Evan Shireman provide me a different hair style (I have had the same since 5th grade and I am now 26.) Evan wanted to bring me up to date with todays style & let me tell you what, THIS IS MY NEW LOCATION TO GO TO! They got me in on the same day I called & amazing environment! Thanks Evan & Salon Rouge
