Steve is an award-winning and creative stylist who treats haircutting as an art form. He is constantly honing his innovative haircutting skills to the benefit of his clients. Steve has trained as a Paul Mitchell In-house Associate and has trained in many different cutting methods. His friendly, compassionate personality along with the detail that he puts in his haircuts have earned him a loyal clientele.

When going to see Lindsey at What's New the Salon, I know my blonde is in THE BEST hands! I've been going to her for almost 12 years and drive an hour and half because there's NO ONE BETTER! I always love the end result and have several who ask me where I get my hair done! She's experienced and knows just what to do. I've been brunette, dirty blonde, and bleach blonde and each stage I've loved my hair. Lindsey is honest and will treat your hair just like she does her own!

I've had the privilege of having my hair done at What's New for 19 years. Steve has always cut my hair and understands it. Sandy has been very accommodating to my wishes on hair color and tone and I cannot say enough about the quality of service I've received over the years. Steve & Nick Haynes have been cutting my hair since I was in my teens. Most recently, Nick has been my barber (nearly 10 years). There is no one else in the world I would trust to cut my hair! He is patient and understands exactly what you describe to him during a cut. We have gone through several hairstyles over the years and he's never failed me! I refer every single person who asks to Nick, and those who make an appointment never seem to leave!

I sent a message through Yelp, the salon responded within 30min. They set my appointment without any issues. Upon my arrival, the first thing I noticed, the salon provides a certain level of privacy, there are cubicles set up where the hairdressers work with each person, this is a major plus. Megan did a great job, she's super professional but very nice, easy to talk to and she did an amazing job, I'm really in love with my hair! I'm excited and relieved to have found someone I'm comfortable with.

I love going to the What's New Salon and Spa! My hair dresser Karina is one of the sweetest people I know. She always does an amazing job and is an expert with color, cuts, and style. Many times when I see her, I tell her to decide what would look great and every time she delivers and exceeds my expectations! I get regular pedicures in the spa and it is so clean and relaxing! I'm never disappointed! The facility is clean, sanitized, and I feel very safe when I am there! The staff is also so friendly! I would give it infinity stars if I could!

I have finally found my hair place! I always get nervous when trying to find a decent place to color and cut my hair but soooo glad I found What's New the Salon. It's pricey but you get what you pay for and I now have no problem coughing up money for my hair because of the quality I get. I have never been disappointed. Lindsay is my stylist and she is fantastic!
She always listens to any ideas I have. She also will tell it to me straight if she thinks something might not look good for my face shape/hair type/etc. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Simply the best! I have been a client for many years and will continue to be a client for many years to come. The quality of the customer service, products used, and desired finished outcome of my hair keeps me a loyal customer. I always feel comfortable having my hair both cut and colored here.
