They make me feel comfortable about the safety requirements. That's why I go there. I am 74!

Highly recommend this salon. Ask for Bob. he knows hair color. My hair turned an orange color from a previous salon and Bob was able to transform and correct my hair. He made room to squeeze me in, and truly cares. He does an amazing job. Thank you so much!

I recommend Bob. He is a master with color, he totally listens, and even gives me tips on how to blow dry my hair and what products work best. My hair has never looked so good, even when I wake up in the morning!

Went there for a Hair Cut, Shampoo, an style today. The place was very nice an super clean an loved my stylist Miss Jessi. She was super nice an so sweet an wanted to give her Big Hugs an she did an amazing job on my cut an style an loved her big soft chair an her gentle touch as she cut my hair an loved the Shampoo treatment an chair too. Price was good an all was very friendly an nice an can not wait until my hair gets longer an I can go back to see Miss Jessi again too

Wonderful service! I regularly get blow outs and no matter who I see, they do a fantastic job! Alyssa, Victoria, Tammi and Bob are top notch stylists. Terrence does great men's cuts too! Finally Nicole and Richard are very friendly and accommodating at the front desk. I love the salon!

Nice salon, but I got a BAD men's cut here (twice!), the kind you lose sleep over. I thought the first time was a fluke, but after two bad cuts, it's pretty obvious to me that I might as well have gone to a chain in a strip mall. Too bad, I used to like this place.

Took my son there to get his hair cut for his school pictures. The stylist did a horrible job and he knew he did. I pointed out how uneven a couple places looked and he just kind of shrugged like "oh well." Very disappointing. I won't be suggesting this place to my mom friends.

I received a horrible cut from Tammy. I showed her a picture showing her how I wanted my hair cut. She said that she would be able to cut it how I wanted. I told her that I wanted to leave it on the longer side, and we could always take more off if needed. She cut my hair way too short, and it looks nothing like the picture we agreed on.

I've been a long time customer. Two weeks ago my stylist had the hair dryer cord wrapped from the chair bottom to his work station about four inches above the floor, taut. I tripped and fell flat on the floor. No one came to help or apologized. I had to ask for help getting up. The manager, Richard, saw what happened and merely walked back to the desk.

A personal letter to Kenneth Cote has not been responded to. The conditions here and the attitude are unacceptable. How long before an electrical appliance falls into a sink of water during a shampoo? Accidents happen, but lack of professional standards and care for clients is pathetic. I'm not litigious, but a lot of people would file lawsuits over this kind of negligence.

After seeing the glowing reviews, I decided to drop by for a shampoo and blow dry. Nothing fancy. No curls or styling. I was very disappointed in the service, and attitude I received from the stylist and front desk. The attitude at this salon was unwelcoming and disappointing.

Kenneth Cote Renewal Center is an outstanding salon. The vibe is fun and welcoming and the stylists are really tuned in to the customer; they listen, then put their skills to work to make your hair look fabulous.

First time getting my hair done at this salon. There is parking across the street in a parking lot or street parking. I was greeted by two staff members and Courtney checked me in. The salon is modern and that industrial feel. Loved the decor and the way it was set up. Big salon with about 15 plus hairdressers. David was my hairdresser. I went in for retouch blue black color, wash and trim. David was very nice and did a great job. He answered all my questions. He does hair extensions and will be returning to get those done at a later date. I would definitely recommend the salon to friends and family.

Hairdresser in a hurry and pulled on my hair as she was cutting it. After complete with styling it looked bland. Expected more from an expensive salon.

Emily is fantastic! She has an awesome, upbeat personality and is one of the best hair stylists in RI in my opinion. Best haircut I've had in a long time, hands down. Highly recommend her!

I went to this salon after hearing great things from people in East Greenwich. I highly suggest coming here! I booked an appointment online with the first person available for the next day. Melanie was amazing! She cut my long, thick hair into an adorable long pixie. The salon is clean and beautiful. Definitely will be back!

If you want your hair done right whatever you do DO NOT go to #KennerhCote in East Greenwich! I went there to have my hair colored. I was quoted $75. I had a $60 gift certificate so technically it was only supposed to be a $15 expense plus tip. I literally had the worst experience I have ever had as far as hair services go. The person that was supposed to do my hair didn't even do it. Instead, they had a girl with only 3 months experience there do it.

I looked at the results when she was finished and I was absolutely mortified. She didn't even know how to use a round brush. I went to pay for the services and this is the icing on the cake, I was charged an additional $85 on top of what I was originally quoted and that doesn't include tip. I was in shock. I asked why it was so much and they were incredibly rude and just nonchalantly said, "because that's what it costs" and laughed at me.

I tried calling the "salon" the following day to talk to someone of a higher authority. I explained the situation and how my hair isn't even that long because I had cancer and he made me feel like absolutely nothing I said mattered. He turned the blame on me and said, "Youknew there were multiple appointments". I did not know that. I asked if there was anything they could do to try and fix it and he said that its my fault because I misunderstood.

I went to my stylist across the street the next day in tears and explained what happened. She fixed my hair exactly the way I wanted it. Let's just say I'll never be going back there again

I absolutely LOVE Emily.she is sweet and kind and knows what she's doing.but unfortunately I have to go somewhere else because they raised the prices again and I can't afford 50.00 (no tip included) for a dry TRIM. I don't make big money to afford going there.

I have recently gone to this salon and I went to the new stylist, Leo. I have been getting highlights for years and these are the best highlights I have ever had. They look natural and blend with my natural color nicely. The placement of the highlights is perfect. Finally I found a stylist that can actually cut my hair to suit my face and not just do what's easy for them. I will never go to another stylist and I'm anxious to try some of the other services the salon offers.

Great hair salon and spa that offers cleansing facials, relaxing massages, and beautiful manicures and pedicures. I have been here a number of times over the years and have had a haircut, hair put up in an up do, hair colored, manicure, pedicure, facial, massage, body wrap and all have been fabulous. All their staff are courteous and professional. The salon is clean, modern and elegant. The prices are very reasonable and their website often offers deals.

I have tried this salon for a number of different services, primarily those relating to hair removal. The salon is very clean, and everyone there is a true professional. Being on Main Street in EG also requires a certain type of business to meet the needs of the local clientele, and Kenneth Cote delivers in that regard. The reason for the 3 star rating honestly was because of their Brazilian wax offering.

The woman who did the wax was polite, everything was extremely sanitary, but I felt completely gypped after paying for a Brazilian and being told "We don't remove everything because you really should have 'something' there." If the salon is not going to offer a true Brazilian, they certainly shouldn't be charging for one.
