Lan is extraordinary and I wish I could find the Philadelphia version of her! My cousin was married this past weekend in Sonoma County, but I had been so busy in the days leading up to my flight that I had completely forgotten about my hair. I squeezed in a quick cut before leaving Philly, but I completely ruined my hair color as I tried to lighten it. Lan was kind enough to squeeze me in and did an amazing job on my hair!

Why aren't all hair appointments this enjoyable with equally amazing results? I hope I can return for her to do my color again. She's wonderful! Santa Rosa, you're lucky to have this lady! Oh, and my boyfriend, who does not have a way with words, told me that's the nicest my hair has ever looked! That's a top compliment! :

I had a great experience at Brilliance salon! I had not had my hair done in almost 2 years, I usually avoid going to any Salon for as long as I can because it is always so expensive and I am usually a little disappointed in the results. Not this time! I absolutely love the cut and full highlights I got and the price was very reasonable. I finally found a Salon that I will go to regularly!

Definitely coming back! They are very friendly and welcoming, she understood the style i was going for without a reference picture! They also took me in for same day appointment. I would definitely recommend Brilliance Salon to everyone!

My regular hair dresser moved out of state, so I decided to try Brilliance Salon. I could make an appointment on line, which was also a plus. I had a great cut and color with Lan. She listened to what I wanted and continued to check in with me as she was cutting to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. She also recommended some products for my fine hair and told me exactly how much to use. I will definitely be back to this salon. I'm really happy with my hair.

The service was excellent! My hairstylist was Vivian and she brought my hair back to life! I went in for a big chop and layers and she did wonderful. My hair was extremely damaged so we got rid of all the dead ends and my hair feels much better. I was very happy with my shampoo service, haircut, and styling. They were able to fit me in as a same day appointment which is also a plus. Definitely a great choice!

I don't know how it's taken me so long to post a review, but Lan at Brilliance Salon is the absolute best! I've been coming to her for cuts, color, and styling for years - she does it all so well. Not to mention she's so reasonably priced and uses the best Aveda products. I cannot recommend Lan and Brilliance Salon highly enough!

I have wavy hair that curls nicely if it is layered correctly. I haven't had a good cut in years and have tried several hairdressers throughout the county. I am so glad I found Lan. She was able to fix a bad cut that was growing out. She knew exactly how to cut and layer my hair as soon as she looked it over. She has years of experience which is apparent in her ability to cut and style hair. She is truly amazing and I highly recommend her!

Everyone who works here is so kind and lovely. The salon is located in a convenient mellow spot surrounded by other businesses. There are plenty of parking spots so that's never an issue. The salon itself is immaculate and stylish. There are relaxing fountains and the color scheme is serene, a nice little escape. They carry Aveda products, which are high quality.

The hairstylist I would like to give particular high praise to is Vivian for boys/mens cuts. Vivian gives a very high level of attention and care to haircuts. They are consistently flawless and that is so important to boys because you can't hide anything with curling like girls can. She always greets us with a big smile and is welcoming and thoughtful. Just a joy to be around. I am so grateful for her being in this industry! Thank you to everyone at Brilliance Salon. I wish you many years of continued success.

Went to salon to get a Brazilian blow out spent a total of $200 with tip I was told it would last at minimum 4 weeks.it lasted less than a week the product did not work and she saw may hair was the same as before. She does not want to refund me.it is like I just threw my money away. I even offered to just split the price with her but she doesn't want to even do that!

I've always been very generous with tips to her in the past but now she doesn't want to honor her work. She knows it didn't work cuz she saw my hair afterwards, then after I asked her a third time she said I must be on some different medications so that's why it didn't work on my hair, bAsically she (owner) was trying to blame it on me so she wouldn't have to refund me.

If I go to get brakes done on my car and pay for the service from aa licensed business I expect to get that Service with a guaremtee. And they will do a quality job and the brakes will work. I have a level of expectation when I use a public business to get what I pay for! This salon does not guarentee you pay for and do not seem to care about customer satisfaction.they just keep your money no giarentees - if you're not happy they just ignore you, so I advise just keep your money in your pocket. Their are places that do a better job than no results at all!

I've gone here for over two years, and so has my son. They do a great job of always fitting me in since I always call last minute. If they can't squeeze me in the same day which is usually 80% of the time, it's usually within a couple days. It's a little more expensive than a typical barber shop, but the price has never steered me away since it's always worth what they charge. I normally get it done by Carol, but Lan has done it a few time, and both are great. Very happy with this place.

Very good hair cuts but kind of high. $$$ plus I don't like aveda the shampoo smells weird.

I have been getting my hair done by Lan for years and honestly I only trust her with my hair. I live in SF and I am more willing to drive to Windsor just to get my hair done by her than go to any other place. If you're thinking of changing up your hairstyle or just simply getting a trim, I highly recommend getting your hair done by Lan. She's amazingly talented, very kind and friendly.

Not sure who the blonde lady was, but she could work on her public interactions. Was very frank and honestly if I were one who always pulled the card, you would think she was not a fan of anyone who walked in there who wasn't white. Oh.and you guys might want to take signs of your windows if you don't provide them. Then people won't ask about them. Like extensions.which I'm sure you do actually do, she was just being a bitch.

Great Experience! A+++ I was a walk in during a lunch break and got a professional haircut and shampoo for 30 dollars. The extra 10 from Super CUTS or Great Clips IS WELL Worth it! Best haircut I have had in years, will go back!

I keep going back because of the consistency, good price, and a very welcoming staff/atmosphere. Men's haircuts are reasonably priced and there are many wonderful hair products from Aveda here that have helped me maintain a professional look with healthier overall hair.

Loved this place. The owner did my ends in a vshape and styled. I was so happy with it and surprised at how nice my hair looked. good with time too only took about an hour or less

I went and got a "bayalage" and walked out with bleach blonde highlights instead. I even stated after the dying that I didn't like how obvious the lightening was and that I wanted it fixed. She put toner on my roots right in the front but now the highlights awkwardly start an inch away from my scalp. Everyone was really nice, but it was not what I wanted at all.

I payed $125 and now have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. The manager said she couldn't fit me in for another 4 days just to SEE it. She didn't say that she'll fix it and got very hostile when I said I at least wanted my money back. She did not hear me out and I felt that she was very rude.

I like LAN, She did a cut and color correction on me and my hair looks 100% better and feels amazing. Shiny and soft again! My hair needed some serious help and she knew exactly what to do! I'm so happy!

I have to say I found my place to go. I'm sure the other stylists are as talented, but Carol gave me a make over from 4 yrs of neglect ( my ponytail was to the middle of my back and the beard would make you think of duck dynasty) to people saying OMG. TY and I'm a loyal customer as long as live in the area.

Lupita cut my hair, and gave me bangs for the first time in a long time! She did an amazing job. I wasn't sure what to expect on the short notice I made my appointment, but the cut included a hair wash (omg her nails are long, it felt great!) a hair cut, and a hair style. I went in on a Friday afternoon, and it was so sweet of her to ask me if I had plans for the evening.

She threw a few curls in so I looked hot for my night out. Toward the end, I asked her if she would also cut me some bangs, at which she smiled, brought out her scissors, and started back at it. I am so happy with my hair, and I hope everyone who goes in has a great experience like I did :)

Zoe was not afraid to work with my hair! When I told her my original hairstylist disappeared, she was not afraid to take the challenge of working with with a head that has hair for 3 heads and is thick and savage! She did exactly what I wanted and I'll be coming back again for sure!

Guys, Carol is who you want to talk to. I don't know if she is gonna give you the highlights or vanilla Ice tips. not my thing, but I'm sure she is fully capable if you asked her to. I go see her at least once a month (as ordered by the wife) and she always gets me cleaned up nice. She used to be at the California Cuts in Bennett Valley in SR.

I assume that store wont last long without her there. Every time I would call to get an appointment the other ladies were pretty much Carol's reception staff, ha ha. Brilliance has gained a valuable asset and should make strides to make sure she stays!
