Salon Zen

A professional and clean salon. Great hairstylist and decent prices. The only issue is that I left several messages and no response since April. This is inconsiderate and disrespectful.

I must share my experience with whom ever is looking for a Unique, Friendly and Creative Stylist. I received Excellent service for my first hair do in over two years. I walked out of the shop with my hair feeling rejuvenated and transformed. Mrs. Krystal did a Fantastic job! But - don't just take my word for it!

This salon is great. Very nice atmosphere. Krystal styled my hair and I loved it. Needed a hair appointment on today because I was leaving town early Tuesday morning. Krystal was very kind and friendly. Answered all of my questions and concerns. She made me feel really comfortable. I already made my next appointment

She is professional, attentive, knowledgeable and gentle! The same can be said of the other staff! My hair has transformed since my first visit and I always leave satisfied. I was so happy when I came across this salon. They are very professional and provide a great atmosphere. I was greeted the moment I came in and didn't wait long at all to get in the chair. Bianca did an amazing job with my hair cut and she really cares about healthy hair which is important. This was my first visit and I definitely will be back.

I don't live in Charlotte but I visit frequently. I make sure I visit Krystal at Salon Zen to get my hair done EVERY trip. The atmosphere is great & the stylists are amazing. I'm extremely particular about my hair & Krystal always suggests cute styles that's easy for me to maintain. I've never had a bad experience & would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a quality salon & stylists!

The atmosphere is amazing, the salon is ridiculously clean, and all staff seems friendly and respectful. But Bianca is simply amazing! I went from natural to relaxed to a feather bob cut and I couldn't be more happier with the results. She's very professional, polite and smart. I would recommend her to anyone.
