I had a 90 minute full body massage and Barclay did SUCH a great job. Super relaxing, she was very respectful, made sure I was comfortable with everything and the pressure, and overall was just a great experience! I love the atmosphere, it feels like an old cottage. Will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful! The facility is a really a relaxing environment and our massage techs are the best! They make you feel very comfortable and relaxing.

I treated my elderly mom to a day of beauty at Renaissance Salon. Summer did her dermaplane and facial while Raye did her nails. My mom had a wonderful time. They accommodated her by having all her treatments downstairs. They were very kind, patient and very service oriented. The atmosphere was relaxing. I will take my mom again!

I received a package with a body scrub, full body massage, a facial, and a mani/pedi. The atmosphere was calming, every staff member I met was friendly and helpful. My massage and facial was top notch and I would drive the distance to get another. The nail tech was great, friendly. I had an amazing day here and would definitely return for another full day of pampering.

Good spa the afternoon delight package was very good but was only suppose to be 3.5 hrs long and turned in 5 because the lady do the facials kept talking. I paid to relax i don't care what you are using it is suppose to be a relaxing time not a talk every second time.

I never been to one of these before my daughter paid for me to get a massage and body scrub done. I love it I feel so relaxed forget getting pedicures I am coming her from now on. Thanks Victoria!

Last time i went i got my first facial and massage ever! I wish i remembered their names because they were great. Last weekend i went for a mani pedi and got Raye. What a gentle soul. Her and Tamer(sitting next to us with another client) had me cracking up. They were so cool and great in their skill. I recommend raye for sure for a mani pedi because i took two steps and brushed my nail on my jacket trying to grab my keys and messed it up. Raye took 2 minutes to fix me up real quick since it was just nail polish. Incredible people!

Today was my third trip to renaissance and I know I'll go back many many more times. So many smiling friendly faces. Hubby and I had a two hour couples massage and it was fantastic. We both explained exactly what we needed and both got exactly what we wanted and needed. Barclay did my massage and Randall did my husband's. Both were strong and skilled and attentive.

They communicated well and worked our knots out and helped us relax after a very trying few weeks. We walked out of there feeling like wet noodles we were so relaxed. I very rarely leave reviews but our experience was truly superior and we are both happy with our choice. Won't go anywhere else from now on.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality The owner Marjorie is unprofessional, rude, crooked person. She cares about NO ONE other than herself and money. She does NOT care at all about her employees and hates her own life so much she takes it out on everyone. My absolute WORST experience AT ANY BUSINESS.

I had a wonderful massage with Leslie, and I had the best facial I've ever had with Tam! I feel like Tam took time to ask questions to use the best products for my skin. I will definitely go back to her in the future!

I splurged for my birthday and did the Ultimate Experience. Barclay did a phenomenal job on my massage, Tamara was so kind and walked me through every step of my facial she was amazing, and Tamar did a beautiful job on my mani/pedi. It was such a great day of relaxation!

I had an uncomfortable experience while I was receiving a facial. The woman doing the treatment made an incredibly rude comment, "have you considered getting bangs to hide all of that" because I had forehead acne. Never coming here again. Bad energy, unwelcoming environment and unprofessional/rude staff.

This was my first time there, thanks to winning a gift certificate. Decided to get a body polish & it was absolutely wonderful! Barclay was very pleasant & did a great job! The whole experience was very relaxing & i left feeling much better than when i came in. Will definitely be back!

Love the atmosphere. Always quality services. (I have received massages, pedicures and manicures.) The staff is friendly. Definitely a relaxing, spa experience. Would highly recommend. I personally use Leslie for massages and I love her. Always feel relaxed walking out. Also love the landscaping. So many flowers, bushes and trees! Just adds to the uniqueness of this business.

I've been to 3 different day spa's in okc area and not one made me feel as special as Renaissance! I absolutely love the professionalism here! If you ever need a good facial. Let Rachel take care of you. She blessed my life!

I had a facial and a massage and it was AMAZING! Will definitely be back! Marjorie did and amazing job on my facial. I originally booked for a different kind of facial but she suggested something different based on my skin and I am soooo happy I took her advice! Would recommend 10/10! Amazing staff and wonderful customer service!

Today I received a facial from Marjorie. The spa is taking precautions with COVID and they are charging a $5 fee for sanitation. You have to wear a mask when you enter but you definitely take off the mask when you receive your service. I have sun damage and minor bumps from blemishes. I left feeling renewed and it was a great experience! Love how cute everything looked from the outside to the inside.

The massages were great. Friendly staff, great service. I was tired and sore when I went in, they worked their magic on me and I felt like a new woman. Highly recommend this place for an amazing massage and pedicure. Haven't tried all their services but I sure will return to try them.

We spent a great day here for a couples' spa day. All of the staff was so knowledgeable and accommodating, they made our whole day and made us feel like movie stars! Special thanks to Monica, Marjorie and Tamer for taking care of me personally and for being so great at what they do!

I've witnessed the owner being very rude to her staff. Not a pleasant experience and quite embarrassing for everyone around. I will not go back.

Some girlfriends and I set up multiple spa treatments for us to have on afternoon for a friends birthday. We had taken off work and made a day of girl time. We were called less than 30 min prior to all of our scheduled services and was told that one of the massage therapist would not be available. These were 90 minute sessions we had scheduled over a month in advance.

When we arrived because we were already almost there they threw out some solutions to us. The main solution was simply have most of the girls do their 90 minute session while the one waited and when everyone else was done she could have hers. Leaving everyone to sit for 90 minutes while you waited for others to have their session. There really were not any other options and the staff was less than concerned about our frustration.

It was very frustrating and left a huge hole in our planned day with no concern from the spa. Then as we decided we were not going to be doing any services because no one wanted to have to wait they said the $85 deposit that was on one of the girls card would simply be a credit on her account there. She said she would have to ask if that could be refunded and that someone would contact her later.

They did call and refund that however are you kidding me? Have ask and see? No appropriate. I then later emailed the front desk asking for a contact for the owners and was told that anything I wanted to email could come through the front desk. I emailed back asking for a contact that was not funneled through everyone and as no shock I am yet to receive any correspondence. So beyond disappointed in this place and the employees.

Came here recently for a spray tan and massage. I purchased the spray tan on Groupon was super weary of this since i have never done a spray tan. The girl was so kind and i never once felt rushed. I wore a bikini and she hand sprayed me down i had three levels to choose from - i choose the medium my advise is to go to level 1 if this is your first or you might be sporting this orange effect which causes you to hide for a solid day or two. Speaking from experience!

Every month this spa runs specials like them on Facebook or follow their website. I got a 30 minute refresher massage with ruby. She was wonderful deep pressure and really gets into your knots! She also massages with her eyes shut so she can feel the body more which is different and cool i thought she really gets into it. Charming spa that's an old house located right off broadway extension and hefner. They use all aveda products which is a huge plus!

I've been going to this place for years but the last time I went and got my eyelashes dyed there it was an absolute nightmare. Something that should take 20 min tops took over an hour. The girl who was extremely inexperienced seemed like she has never dyed eyelashes before wasnt even going to turn on a light to do so until i mentioned to her that she would probably turn on a light.

She seemed scared to even touch my eyelashes and was whining most of the time. I left with black floating eyelashes (I have natural blonde eyelashes) However the last time i went there and got my nails done I was extremely happy with the way they turned out and how long they lasted.

This place is awesome. Everyone is so nice from the moment you step in the door. I started off with the best facial from Ashley. She used products for my type of skin and my face feels great. I then splurged with the Euphoria package with Leslie Hodge. She is fantastic! Body scrub, long hot soak in sandalwood and rose petals Then hour massage. Ahhhhhh! I'll definitely be back!

Not much to write home about ( haha we are from Texas). No sanitizing liners in the pedi tubs and he chairs are old and worn out. I booked some special callous remover but I see no difference to a regular pedi. Plus my callous is still really bad. Horrible choice of nail color, the magazines are several months old. Refreshments - coffee that has been hanging out for a while with fake cream. Hope we don't catch anything.

Fawn My spray tan is the best I have ever received, now I understand your attention to detail even though I panicked when I thought I messed it up when I splashed water on myself when I got home.

But I followed your instructions to the " T" and it has worked out perfect. Joey your nail buff and polish at last minute request was fantastic, especially with my bubblegum 80's pink you agreed with me on. Joey your customer service was stellar, thank you for the kindness respective to my mistake on the gift cert I had. You guys rocked it today, thank you again for making me feel special.

I absolutely love Renaissance Salon and Spa. This is hands down the best place in Oklahoma City to get a facial. I have been coming to the salon for years simply off of the recommendation of a client and I will never leave! The service and atmosphere is one of a kind. If you have not been to this salon then you are missing out!

I just called to book a spa day for me and my mom for Mother's Day! Anthony was super helpful and patient. He explained the services and packages and found a package to fit my budget and my mom's wish list. He was very friendly and personable throughout the conversation. All of my questions and needs were met with excellent customer service and an apparent desire to pamper their customers. I'm very excited to share this day with my much deserving mother. I'll be reviewing again after our visit. So far, I'm impressed!

I completely disagree with the rude employees/bad customer service. Every single person I spoke with was incredibly friendly and helpful. My massage was so relaxing. I would recommend this spa to any of my friends. Also, thank you to the employees there who monitored the weather to make sure it was safe to get on the road! Based on my experience, I would definitely go back.
