First timer here! I was looking for an affordable salon that would do some simple acrylics. The minute you walk in, you can feel the relaxing atmosphere. My tech was Ken who was very pleasant and gentle. I'm use to getting my nails done by techs who are extremely rough and tend to nic my cuticles at every visit. Ken was thorough, took his time to make the service was done correctly, and made no objections to some of my ideas that I shared with him. Typically, when the e-file starts, my anxiety gets the best of me seeing as I'm a bleeder. However, because my tech was patient, I started to fall asleep a little bit. Oops! Overall, my first time experience was awesome! I will be going back for a fill in two weeks.

This place is a joke. The more people I tell about my experience the more it's clear they are just a bad business. I took my 10 year old daughter to get a manicure and pedicure (for getting all A's). She was so excited and she got gel polish so it would last longer for her (her request). The charged us full adult charge for the whole thing. THE WORST PART IS WE LEFT THERE AT 4:00 and that night she went swimming and half of the polish came off.

The next day the rest of it came off. All of her gel polish I paid $100 (with tip) came off in 24 hours. I tried to call the manager for 2 weeks straight DAILY! The receptionist said she gave him my messages. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK.EVER! This is so sad! You need money that bad you can't back up your 3 day guarantee for gel polish. They have a "guarantee" but they are crooked. When I went in and saw the receptionist (manager is never there) she said the manager just doesn't care! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Went in for a "deluxe" pedicure & manicure. Though manicurist lacked any personality (I can deal with that) the end result was horrible & like I've *never* experienced before. Regular clear polish (that's all I wanted) is now cracking and chipping less than 24 hours later! And as far as the pedicure my feet are as rough as they were when I walked in. (I'll spare you those photos). (Perhaps because the manicurist was too busy fiddling with his phone instead of paying close attention to his paying customer. ).

Good luck spending way more money than necessary, a BASIC gel pedicure cost me 65 with the tip. Online they advertise 48 but but in the salon It was 34 for a BASIC pedicure which is average but they charge 20 extra for gel. I've been to other salons and have got a better pedicure for less. I am not cheap either, I just feel for those prices you should get more!

Yuki did lovely nails for me the day before my wedding. They were all so nice and kept asking if we wanted water. The nails stayed perfect for two weeks before I messed them up myself. I definitely recommend this spa.

So my wife had an appointment at 2:00pm Friday the 11th and from what I've been told the nail tech which was a guy was very rude and aggressive. 1 When she wanted her nails long he straight up laughed in her face and told her no you should get them short. 2 The nail tech did not know how to do designs which makes no sense if you are a nail salon why shouldn't all your nail techs know how to do designs to diversify your business instead of a handful and making your customers wait longer than the should. 3 After the appointment was done and she came home her fingers were sore and she could barely grab anything without her fingertips hurting and throbbing. Honestly the worst place to go to would never recommend to anyone getting their nails done. Please avoid and save your money and go somewhere else.

For starters the ambience is amazing! The salon is very peaceful and beautiful. Very welcoming to all guests. The quality of the work is all there! Mr. T does my nails and his work is amazing as always! Apart from his great personality, he goes above and beyond for all his guests! Asking any and all questions to make sure you are satisfied with your nails! Definitely the best salon I've ever been too! Will continue to be coming back!

Decided to come here for the first time being I heard from a friend it was a good spot to get a pedicure. I was one of maybe 5 people in the salon, I checked in and went to the waiting area and waited on my name to be called. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing multiple people come in after me, being taken care of before me. I asked did I miss my name being called, only to find out I was skipped! Felt very uncomfortable and like it was a race issue, being 6 Caucasian people came in after me, yet I was skipped and only had one service. Won't be going back. Very unprofessional! Wouldn't suggest to anyone.

Has a very upscale feel without being too pretentious. It's welcoming and extremely clean and well maintained. They no longer do hair but all other services are available. Optional wine or champagne is available at an additional charge. Very friendly staff that treats you like top priority.
