I've been going to Luba for a little over 3 years, she is wonderful! I'm always greeted with a warm smile and professional atmosphere. Luba is fast and truly gifted. I am in and out with a Brazilian and eye brow wax in 20-30 minutes. My teenage daughter gets facials and all of her skin care products from Luba as well. Her skin looks GREAT! I will NOT go anywhere else.

I have been going to Luba for about a year. I love working with her. She is intelligent, articulate, and she and Igor run a gracious professional day spa. She uses hard wax which really helps, and her skills are first rate. Now that they have a massage person available, you can have the full spa experience. I read the review about the cancellation policy and was a little disappointed, I was told that policy at my first visit, and it is a service industry.

It doesn't seem outrageous that if they reserve time for you, you would have to pay for it. So 5 stars from me, worth a few dollars extra to have quick, professional service with a quality professional. Thanks Luba and Igor, see you tomorrow.

LUBA is the best! I have been going to her for about 5 years and will never go anywhere else and am so thank-ful that a friend told me about her. Luba is quick, the atmosphere is beautiful, warm, and calming and they having also been accomodating with my busy work/family schedule. She is worth your time and money and her and her husband are sweethearts, to me they feel like family. Me and Luba get to chat as Im getting waxed about anything from work to family, to telling funny stories. I highly recommend Kozmo Design!

I've gone to Luba 3 times, and I've been happy with her. However, I had to cancel an appointment when I got stranded out of town, with less than 24 hours notice, and her husband informed me that they have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so I will be charged 50% of my visit. I had never been informed of this, out of all of the appointments that I made, and there is nothing stating this on their website.

I didn't know I would need to cancel 24 hours in advance, and he would not budge, and said, "We don't need clients that do things like this." Other than this experience I've been happy, but this was enough for Kozmo's to lose my business.

First wax ever and Luba is magic! All the other reviews are right on target. Quick and painless. Only downside but not enough to take away a star is the price.other 5 star places seemed to be around $60 instead of $67 but I guess considering how quick she is it is worth it. Also the fan at the end of the table caught me off guard.great for the quickness but made me do a double take a first. I highly recommend Kozmo Designs.
