After trying various salons, I finally found a winner (ok full credit actually goes to my wife for finding it)! Very convenient online scheduling, good location, friendly staff, and great prices. Nichole does a great job for all of my kids and me-her years of experience have really honed her skills.

They were amazing and the stylist who did my hair was so friendly and down the earth! A little pricey for what I had done but their awesome customer service skills made up for it!

A brilliantly corny, impersonal, overly commercial salon. I had a horrible experience. Unbelievably rough treatment of my hair, It felt like she was relentlessly taking something out on me. Frankly, it was traumatic. After turning my hair into a stringy frizzy mess, she tamed it with a flat iron and styled my hair into that corny broke girl pick-me look you'd see on an HGTV program. I'm so upset I chose to go to this place after I had to cancel with my regular stylist.

I am blonde and I am picky. Kayla has been doing my hair. She is the first one in many years that listens to what I want and actually follows through. I get my hair highlights low lights and outgrowth done and she cut my hair. Again I am very picky and I highly recommend Kayla. She has done an excellent job and is consistent. Service: Hairstyling

Last week I put in an on-line order for some John Sahag product that I could not find elsewhere. I received the order within a few days. I also felt this salon offered a good price for the product.

I had an appointment with Darra for a balayage and cut. She is professional, knowledgeable, intelligent, beautiful, and is honest about the process to help achieve your hair goal. She was friendly and is phenomenal at her job. I am in the process of going dark to light. She was upfront about how many times I would have to come (due to my previous at home coloring) and said in order to keep my hair healthy I had to space out the bleachings.

She does not pressure you to buy unnecessary products but does make great affordable recommendations. Benzie salon is clean, welcoming, has honest pricing, and is a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Darra and Benzie, you won't be dissatisfied. I love my hair and I'm excited to enjoy each phase until I reach the level blonde i am trying to get to.

After doing a lot of research and asking around, I finally decided to go to Benzie Salon. I am a bit skeptical when it comes to choosing a new hairstylist and I am a very picky person. The staff was very hospitable. I explained how I wanted my hair to look and also told them how important it was as I was going to attend my sister's marriage. Their suggestions and expertise is absolutely phenomenal. The attention to detail, suggestions and conversations were amazing. That's guys! Definitely recommend this place if you want to change or cut your hair.

Brittany Anne has been coloring my hair for over a year, and I have felt beautiful walking out every single time! It's clear that she has a ton of experience and education - she has never made the tiniest mistake. To top it all off, she's sweet and cute as a button! I walked in with a celebrity inspired color on my first visit, she matched it perfectly, and I've been sticking with it ever since.

If you're looking for a hair stylist near Cincinnati, Brittany Anne creates art in a comfortable, well-maintained salon. I travel 2 hours to make appointments with her, and it is well worth it!

I've been looking for a new stylist and the stars aligned when I called early Saturday, willing to see whomever had an opening and Bekah had a cancellation. I really lucked out because she was excellent. Took time to really listen and the results are among the best I've had. I got compliments from every friend I saw. I'd decided to get bangs and she was able to get them just right. This is now "my salon"!

Love this place! I only trust Brittany with my hair! She does an amazing job choosing a color and styling it in a way I can recreate myself everyday! This is the only place in Cincinnati I recommend with a perfect 5 out of 5! See Brittany and tell them Sam sent you!

Benzie Salon is a sweet establishment with friendly service. I have been going to this salon for about 2 years now. I have been to a couple of salons and neither were relaxing, one even had some awful loud techno music. Perhaps, she was going for another target market but I prefer my experience to be a serene one. I, especially, like Tara and request her each time.

My hair has never been more beautifully styled. She really is a gem and now my family (two daughters) go to her as well. I have multi-ethnic hair that does what it wants until Tara cuts and styles it. She is very patient with me and I appreciate it. My schedule is hectic and she tries to accommodate between my crazy work hours and my travel schedule. The only thing I would do different is the actual location. It could be bigger and is sort of hidden.

I have been visiting Benzie Salon for more than four years now and have recommended it to numerous colleagues and friends (and my wife) through the years, The friendly appointment reminder calls, the pleasant greeting upon entering, and of course, the excellent cut and stylie I receive every time all make the experience top-notch for me.

I am a huge fan of Benzie Salon. Always happy with the friendly greeting I get when I walk in. They do a great job of getting me in at my scheduled appointment time. The salon is clean and is conveniently located. If you are looking for a salon that is great to their clients and makes you feel very welcome, Benzie is the salon to visit!

Tonya is great. As a guy I am reluctant to pay to get my hair cut at a salon, but Tonya gives a haircut that is honestly worth it. She gives suggestions and intuitively understands what you want more than any other stylist I've ever been to, in addition to simply being very skilled.

I have been here 3 times so far. My daughter twice and myself once. I initially scheduled my daughter an appointment because I bought a nice deal through Groupon. The receptionist is super friendly, bubbly, cute. Offered us drinks which was nice. First time my daughter saw Katie. She did a great job talking to her and figuring out what she wanted and giving her recommendations on her color.

Her highlights and cut turned out great. I scheduled myself an appointment with the $10 off haircut coupon. I saw Ashley. She was very friendly. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. The cut really wasn't the same and I had to ask her to trim up and texture my bangs a couple times. But she did say she offered free bang trims and gave me a card for $20 for new clients.

The owner of the salon was in when I was checking out and he introduced himself and asked if I was happy with everything. Third time, brought daughter back for cut - she was scheduled with Nicole. We arrived about 10 minutes early. Nicole went over the appt. time by about 20 minutes. When she did come out, she didn't introduce herself, apologize for the delay, nothing. 15 minutes and $40 later, my daughter had just a basic trim. The salon is nice and people are friendly. Hit or miss.

Went here on a groupon for haircolor and cut. The stylist really did not seem to be paying attention--she offered me water then forgot to bring it for a half hour and forgot to charge me for color and had to call me at home to remedy. Cut and color were OK, but not wonderful. Color came out a bit dark--which she said would fade. It probably will. Salon is one of those friendly, neighborhood types--a little unprofessional but nice people. I probably will not go back as I am looking for more than OK.
