I travel about 50 minutes from the Main Line PA area to get my color done by Fabrizio. My blonde hair color hasn't looked this good since I was a little girl (you know, when you have that naturally perfect hair color!). Fabrizio takes the time to really understand what you want, he did test color with different formulas on my initial visit, which was so helpful.

He is like an artist when he paints my hair. What I really appreciate is that Fabrizio tells you exactly what he is going to do, explains everything, his technique etc. The salon and the staff are both lovely as well. Also, the product they have at the salon has done wonders for my hair. Five stars, highly recommend.

The new massage therapist, Matthew, gave a fantastic deep tissue massage. He worked in stretching, alternating between sore/tight points and other areas, and payed attention to places that often get overlooked, like hands and feet. I booked my next appointment before I left!

While in Wilmington for a girls' weekend, we found this place. We went for pedicures and, although not a listed service, massages. To say it was amazing would be a huge understatement. Nina did our pedicures. She was professional, very attentive, and fun to talk with. Matt did our massages. He was simply amazing. It's a rare thing for me to find a masseur who can actually work out all the knots in my back.and he did. If I'm ever in Wilmington again, I will be back.

Theresa did wonders with my hair! She gave me full highlights and a cut and both were fabulous. She really takes the time to talk with you about what you want to achieve, her process, and pricing. I appreciate that she looked at my individual hair type and desires and took that into consideration. She also gave me lots of great tips about how to care for my hair and how to best style it.

She is an absolute pro! My wife and I both go to see her now and we're very happy we found her and Fabrizio. We look forward to trying out the spa facilities they have upstairs for mani/pedis and massages. I appreciate that they have a small parking lot in the back so we don't need to worry about parking on the street.

OMGosh! What can I say. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Fabrizio worked his magic and gave me the best cut I've ever had since moving to Delaware in 2018! When you are in his chair it's like watching a show, he's a true artist with scissors and the razor and all he does! I highly recommend this salon! Even the wash and head massage was wonderful and relaxing. Chelsea helped to style my hair and guide me with amazing products, everyone at this salon goes above and beyond to make sure your salon needs are met! I go back next week to begin the process of fixing my color and I am so excited to see the outcome. I know it will be amazing! Thank you Fabrizio!

The staff is extremely helpful and professional. I had a haircut with Chelsea and it's the BEST haircut and styling I have had in years! She spent time talking to me about what I wanted, and looked through the pictures I brought as reference. Nothing was done to my hair without asking my permission. I will be having Chelsea cut and style my hair from now on! She is AWESOME!

My hair is very long pin straight hair that just hangs flat off my head. Most places say I can't have the cut I want because its impossible. I went 2 times w 2 different stylists Carrie and matt. Both helped guid me to the exact hairstyle I wanted involving the exact maintenance level I wanted (which is nothing) my hair is still long, thinner, and has some shape now.

I don't know much about the beauty world but I am not often impressed when I get a haircut and both of these stylists just made me so gosh darn happy! will only go to Fabrizio's from here on out.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality Aimee is my go-to for massages. She has extensive experience and knows how to identify stress spots. She nurtures the area and makes sure that you are comfortable and relaxed. She is a great asset to the Spa!

I love coming to here to see Heather for my facials! She's attentive and knows what she's talking about. I received a gift card for Fabrizio so decided to book a massage and facial and both were amazing. Both of the services were relaxing and high quality in all aspects. Also, from booking, to redeeming the gift card, to coordinating between two different providers, the customer service was top notch. I also just really loved the ambiance of the spa area, everything was cozy, comfortable, clean and well decorated. I can't wait to go back to try another service, maybe a pedicure. Can't recommend this place enough!

I've been living in Delaware for over 7 years now and never found a hair salon I was thrilled about. There was always something off about the color I asked for and/or the service. After scouring the internet for "best colorist near me", I found Fabrizio and am finally happy with my hair! Everything from the incredible service to the consultation to the beautiful color to the cut to the product recommendation was 10/10. I'm someone who found this wonderful salon through reading reviews, so if you're reading this one, Fabrizio at Fabrizio Salon (and the many other talented stylists) is the real deal and you will not be disappointed!

I have been going to Fabrizio's for many years and because of that I joined their spa membership. The membership worked for me, with the monthly charge I was able to get my service and any other service was at a discount. But then Covid hit and with that came a "Covid fee" of $10 to each visit. I used to go every couple of weeks to get my eyebrows done but with this free fee it made that quite expensive, so I would combine all my services and go once every 6 weeks.

Here comes the problem. My esthetician decided to leave, and once you find a good one you follow them, so my plan was to follow her. I called to cancel my membership and I thought it was all set, but I was still charged. Called multiple times to cancel and get a refund. After multiple phone calls I finally received a phone call that I needed to submit a cancelation in writing.

I sent an email requesting a cancellation and refund. A refund was never given and I just received an email stating that I won't be receiving a refund as "one final month is charged", but that they wouldn't be doing that because I was a good client. So, now I have a credit that I won't be using because there is no one there that I see and they are refusing me a refund, as based on the Spa Membership it states "no cash refunds or gift cards will be issued for unused services".

This is just bad business. I won't be using these services and now I will lose money. I will NEVER go back to this salon and I will tell anyone I know what a terrible business practice they have and to not go, I have never done a Yelp review before but I just had to this time.

When I moved to Wilmington 4 years ago, my top priority was to find the right place for cuts, color and all my upkeep - Fabrizio's is IT! Fabrizio does my cut and is able to tease out the perfect tousled edgy look and I can replicate it at home just using a dryer and styling with my fingers - so simple! Linda takes care of my color and I get compliments all the time - Love! Facials, waxing, nails - Fabrizio's has it all. I would never go anywhere else.

I had a facial here last week with Heather and it was great. Very relaxing and I could tell I was in good hands. I was visiting from out of town but if I lived in Wilmington, I would def be back. The staff were all lovely and the salon seemed clean and well run.

I searched far and wide and tried several different salons after moving from Florida but it wasn't until I met Victoria at Fabrizio Salon & Urban Retreat Spa that I was absolutely happy with the cut, style, and experience. She truly listened to what my request was for day-to-day maintenance, what the goal was for my hair moving forward, and the trouble that I had been having with the products that I've been using in the past.

She recommended the best products for me and my hair has not look this good or felt this healthy since I was much younger. Victoria and the desk staff are always kind and attentive and I am always looking forward to my next visit. I've even scheduled appointments for my husband and son. Additionally, they have great accessories and deals on gift cards for future services that can be purchases as well.

I am current customer and I will stick with them at least for haircuts because once I find the right stylist I don't change places. However keep in mind that they charge for everything, I was surprise they charge me $35 for a blowout and my hair wasn't even dried just because my stylist explained me how to style it but it wasn't a huge thing.

It was fricking cold and my hair wasn't dried so I didn't like from my last visit. I also have waxing services there and they are very professional. I recommend this place but be prepared for unexpected extra charges.

This was great! My friend and I were visiting from out of town, and staying right around the corner. We both came here to get facials. The aesthetician was lovely, chatty, and relaxed. I feel really good afterwards. I will definitely come back if I'm ever in Wilmington again (although I can't really imagine why that would ever happen, but you never know).

I just took off one star because there was a definite upsell. As soon as I walked in, she immediately told me I needed an additional enzyme thing for a cost. I went along with it but felt a little annoyed. Even so, I would return.

Great salon. Nail tech Angie is fantastic, but sadly working limited hours post-Covid. They take their cleanliness very seriously, and are doing all possible to provide a safe experience. Still a great atmosphere, and the gals at the front desk are terrific-friendly, professional and accomodating.

I have been coming here for many years and every time I receive the utmost in service! All of the ladies at the front desk and who answer the phone are knowledgeable, respectful and attentive. I usually go to Vicki for waxing and she does amazing! A time or two Vicki wasn't available and I had Tina. Tina did an amazing job too! I have tried other places, and nowhere else compares for their aesthetician and wax services. It's the only place I'll go!

My first experience here was stellar from my facial to my massage. My second visit was not as great, but not bad. I came in at 2:05 for my 2:00 facial, but wasn't called back into the room until 2:20. My facial ended at 2:57, so if you do the math that's 37 minutes for what was supposed to be a 45 minute facial. I wasn't as impressed this time around, but I guess they were very busy. Amanda did a nice job with my blow out and Angie did a great job on my nails. The salon is beautiful and a good way to pamper yourself. Just beware of the time spent on your service.

I left a review of this "upscale salon" on their website and they were dumb enough to delete part of my review and not the rest. Either way, beware thats its not all its hyped up to be. My stylist was Victoria and she is very rude and snooty. She cut my hair too short after asking me three times how short I wanted it. Im sure others have had good experiences but they delete their bad reviews to keep their ratings up.

The aesthician also kept picking under the skin under my eyebrows and when I told her to stop because it could create an issue for me, she said that none of her clients in 20 years ever had an issue. At least here my review won't be deleted. You are better off going to Gloss Salon. Dont waste ur money here.

Got referred to this salon after having a horrible experience somewhere else. They did an AMAZING job. My stylist was Ashley, she's really dedicated and good! We did a full head of highlights, a toner and an Olaplex treatment. After she applied the toner, she wasn't completely happy with the result so she applied another toner to get the desired color, no extra charge.

This is how it's supposed to go imo, but not everyone is this dedicated. Also, I didn't want to pay a bunch of money for blow drying my hair, but I did want to see how the color came out. She dried the front section of my hair to show, this way she didn't have to charge me for it. That is service! I'm usually the type that goes once and then doesn't go for like a year, but after this experience I made a follow up appointment with Ashley for 10 weeks from now.

I'm happy to write that, after ten years of searching, I have finally found a local stylist: Sabrina of Fabrizio Salon in Wilmington. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly -- first by Nina, who threw out a friendly handshake, and then by another lovely staffer who showed me to the very tidy restroom. After a short wait, Sabrina greeted me with a handshake as well.

When I got to her station, I showed her my Hairspiration pics. Sabrina accommodated my very specific requests. She was pleasant and professional, and she was exceedingly thorough while cutting my hair. I am extremely pleased with the end result, and I look forward to visiting Sabrina at Fabrizio's in the future! As an aside, parking is a little scarce, so be sure to arrive with plenty of time to spare. I lucked out; there were some openings in the tiny lot behind the salon.

Linda did an amazing job on my haircut! Definetly my new favorite and I love the neighborhood!

Update: I trusted Sabrina to cut my hair into an adorable pixie, and I'm blown away by how much I love it! I get compliments constantly. It's edgy, spunky, but classic enough for the professional workplace. Great salon with everything you need! They totally made-over my dyed blonde hair to natural dark brown with gold dimension. I was very impressed!

They listened to all of my concerns and worked very carefully. This staff is very professional, and I will be a regular customer. I moved from DC where high-end salons are everywhere. This is at the same level, if not less pretentious! Also, I love their specials! I received a free polish change during my visit due to their daily special.

I had an EXCELLENT experience here. I found Fabrizio on Yelp, as I was coming in from out-of-town for a wedding (holler @ my Yelpsters for never leading me astray). The online booking experience was super easy and quick, and the staff was patient and helpful when I called to change my time slot. I came in for a blow-out, which was extremely affordable and only took 45m (I've had them take 90m in the past; I have a lot of hair).

The salon is super cute, clean, well decorated and stocks lots of great products. I bought a few travel-sized Bumble & Bumble items while I was there. But the best part was how amazing my hair looked, and how many complements I received that evening. The blow-out lasted three days, so I got to rock it at work as a bonus. Thanks so much, Fabrizio!
