Loved my powder dip manicure by Jenny, she did an excellent job, they just need more colors to choose from, . My regular pedicure was OK - it hasn't been 2 weeks yet and it's already chipped. It was a non Opi brand but I got 3 coats and perhaps no top coat? Services: Manicures, Pedicures, Dip powder

They got the color of my nails right, but the language barrier caused for some trouble. They didn't get the shape I wanted. Instead of rounded edges she gave me an oval. That would have been fine except when she was sanding down with the machine on every single finger she cut and made my cuticles bleed. When I said "ow" and pulled away she yelled "you don't move." My fingers are sore, my cuticles are pretty beat up and will take a while to heal.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality I go to JoAnn she is the best manicurist I've ever had( and I was licensed back in the 80's). She does all her filing first and after she brushes on acrylic she doesn't need to fix anything but shape bc she's very skilled. All of them do great pedicures but again Joann is the BEST!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value Far from royal! Basically they just polish my nails, didn't remove cuticle, didn't clean them, nothing. She didn't even put a base just put the polish and that's it. The way they polished was very questionable, i literally left and went to another spa to have my nails done again. Love this place! Always calm and very clean. People get helped fast and nails look perfect. I love having a place to go when I have had a long work week.

The ladies there are so great. Even a week after getting my daughter's nails done they still look amazing. That's great for just polish!

My nail tech did an amazing job recreating a design I showed her.

Made an appointment at 3:30 for myself and a friend, showed up and was told that they were too busy and to come back another time. I said no I couldn't come back at another time. I stated multiple times that I had made an appointment to which the guy said that I must have called a wrong number. I assured him he told us 3:30. While standing there he then yelled at myself and my friend to pick a color and sit in the chair where we waited for a long period of time without communication from the employees and without any service.

When they finally started our pedicures they began to talk rudely about us to each other and laugh. During our appointment 2 other customers walked in and the guy cheerfully asked the two customers to pick out their colors and told them it would be a small wait. During my friends pedicure he got up and said that he wasn't painting her nails and walked away saying he was "too busy" and went to start working on another customers nails.

I will not be returning here. If you insist people make appointments, as a business you need to honor these appointments. Not impressed. Multiple other customers who had came back 3 times that day with appointments were also turned away stating they were too busy. When trying to pay with my card, the guy repeatedly ran it and stated it declined because I had no money and said to walk to the bank across the street and get money and come back and pay.

When I returned to pay with cash the guy stated that it was the machine not my fault after repeatedly degrading me. Will not be returning, very unprofessional, should not own a business. Also here is a pic of their schedule with our appointment on it.

Great customer service. Friendly, courteous, respectful. First time here. Will be a repeat customer. Had my nails done for the first time. Full acrylic nails and manicure. my nails and have gotten nothing but compliments.

They couldn't do what I wanted done which was a very simple easy thing to do so I had to pick something different so I just decided to have a full set with just all white short matte coffin nails. I got my eyebrows waxed as well the total was $85 how in the world did it cost that much it makes no sense to me the nails were so easy for her to do and they looked pretty good my pinky nail was really crooked they did not last long either normally they last around 3 weeks I broke my first nail after only 11 days.

The way I broke it was just opening some candy for my daughter so that was absolutely ridiculous if you ask me. I think that they might have good nail technicians there, but super overpriced if you ask me and I couldn't believe they did not know how to do what I was asking. I will never go back there because of the pricing.

Terrible experience! Never coming back here again, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful service very calming atmosphere n great work on my much needed pedicure

The owners at Royal Nails are wonderful. My girlfriend and I just got pedicures and we now have beautiful feet! They took their time and really pampered us. We highly recommend the hot stones. It was a very relaxing time. And while we were there, we saw how nice they were to the locals (we're from California). PS the husband was really funny.

First time here! Had a wonderful experience! Walked in and didn't have to wait. I got a full set and a design. Prices were normal for what I got. Definitely will be back! Mia was my manicurist and she was amazing!

Third pedicure with them and totally love the experience. I highly recommend

Me and my mom found Royal Nails and Spa a couple months ago and we love it! Everyone is so friendly and they do an amazing job on our nails! The salon is very relaxing and beautiful! We will always come back to Royal Nails and Spa! We love it!

Walked right in and was able to get in. Super clean salon and excellent service. My daughter and I both received pedicures. Extremely relaxing, great massage, & staff was very friendly. This was our first time but for sure will be back.

I loved the staff and environment. Very classy and took great care of us from the moment we walked in. They have a variety of colors to choose from and are very patient.

This is a good place to get my nails done. The new owners are really nice, they have a good services. They treat customers with water and candy, which was very friendly.

Disappointed. I have been here three times and each time has been about the same. I believe they are way overpriced for the quality of work. The man and the woman have charge me different prices for the same service. They are not very friendly nor do they try to strike up a conversation. I wish they were different. Going somewhere else from now on.

I have had better. Applied my gel nail way to thin. Didn't use the timer with the light and kept me under 10 minutes at the end. Taking it off - the soaked my nails in pure acetone. I didn't see them take out new cleaned instruments.just whatever was in the drawer/tray. Eww!
