We highly recommend scheduling your appointment ahead of time to ensure your desired time is available. A credit card will be required to reserve an appointment at the time of booking. For parties we require a 50% deposit up front, and for your convenience a 20% gratuity will be added onto the total cost of services booked.

The business part of this place is a mess, girls at registers are clueless and always stumped over one thing or another. Not friendly or helpful. I bought a " blu moon " package when it was on sale for $170. When My mother handed it in, they told her she owed them another $35 because their prices went up! Soooooo aggravated I wasn't about to stand there and argue it out after my mom had such a relaxing afternoon. Who does that? The girls that gave us our facials and massages were fantastic as usual. Been taking my mom here four years in a row and now I don't even want to go back!

Experience was ok. Went with my mom for graduation gift. My massage & facial was nice, but my mom had a different opinion. The lady who gave her a massage, talked the WHOLE time about her problems. Not very relaxing at all. Check in was kind of a mess. We were told we were checked in, then when it came to our facial they almost skipped us because my mom wasn't checked in somehow? I don't think I'll be returning again.

My bfs aunt booked a month ahead for 4 massages. She had a Groupon for 3 of them and said it was fine to add another at regular price. They said okay and booked it for all 4. They even contacted to change the time due to their mistake of overbooking. She agreed. We got there on that morning and upon checking in. They said they only had three booked and she gave our names.
They said oh it looks like you called and canceled for one. She said no i absolutely did not. They were not apologetic, didn't care and didn't offer anything. She decided to sit out on a day she was so looking forward to. This was disgusting. Unprofessional and as much as I loved the message from Stephanie (she was amazing). I feel like she should've been compensated in some way, shape, or form for what was Def their mistake.
But the girls couldn't even offer an apology and said they were overbooked and had nothing available to a very upset and frustrated woman close to tears. This is something I have heard of in a few reviews, so sad!

On October 7th I got a gel French Manicure from Lauren (and regular pedicure) and took off for a 4 week camping road trip to a destination wedding in late October. I hauled camping gear in and out of the truck, setup/took down the tent, hauled branches and trees out of the woods for fires all a gazillion times and NOT ONE CHIP. And no peeling. In fact, my nails were intact through Thanksgiving for another wedding in Mexico! I just now trimmed them because they were getting too long to type and still they were perfect! BEST MANICURE EVER by Lauren! My pedicure was great too!

Disappointed. Scheduled 60 min couples massage via their website. When we checked in the receptionist asked if we booked two? The email confirmation said 60 min couples massage. They admitted it was a known gliche in their system. Couldn't fit us both in or offer another service for one of us. If it's a known issue why no confirmation call or better yet why is it not taken down from their site. Poorly handled at the front desk.

HOLLY C.~ Tricia, the stylist, was not only incredibly patient and talented. She was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met. She was personable, receptive, empathetic. I can't think of anyone else I would rather get my hair done by for future trips to Blu Spa. She did a rainbow/black combination on my hair & pulled it off flawlessly. She's an amazing woman. It was an honor & a delight to have her as a stylist.
