Hypnotic Salon

I called first thing in the morning and got an appointment for 2pm the same day for just a very small trim, I arrived 5 minutes early I checked in was told nothing just kinda stood there, my stylist I think her name was Maria I really didn't care to remember came called me the wrong name, then got visibly upset what I didn't follow her being as she had mistaken me for someone else, once that was settled she very vocally complained to many other employees that I wasn't who she thought and that she didn't have my ticket for all of the salon including myself to hear which made me feel very unwelcome.

After my wash I walked over the the chair which was occupied by my stylist who was busy on her phone, I then stood there and waited for her to finish up on her phone so that I could have a seat, very unprofessional. Once the haircut started I asked for a small trim, less than an inch, she took an inch off and was very very rough I quite literally felt like she was going to rip my hair from my head.

Along with that she made several backhanded comments about my hair and my previous haircut. Top it off she burned me in several spots with the blow dryer at the end and then straightened my hair without asking. Very poor experience. I left extremely uncomfortable and unsatisfied, a truly horrible experience for the price I paid.

I got a nice hair cut. I was a bit disappointed with the staff. They seem to be cold and unfriendly.

Terrible haircut by Danielle. They refunded my money. Then I paid $70 for chin, lip, eyebrow and underarm wax. Outrageous. I had to call twice before I called for the third time and reached a manager. They didn't even offer to fix the cut, just refunded my money.

Both my girls did their hair over there. They said it's good.

I had just gotten off of work and finished running errands. I went to see if I could get a haircut since I was going on my honeymoon in 2 days. I recently moved to the area and I heard they were great so I decided to make an appointment. When I got there they didn't want to attend me. It felt like they didn't want to deal with me. Idk maybe the clothes I was wearing wasn't fancy enough.everyone there did look nice.

I don't know. It hurt me because I've never been treated that way before. I just ended up leaving. Their AC wasn't working so it was extremely hot in there. The AC part didn't bother me, what bothered me was how I was treated. So I just went to Bubbles Salon. The staff at Bubbles were much nicer and attended me right away and with no appointment. They did a great job with my haircut.so that's where I go from now on.

Kat is the best stylist at Hypnotic- at least out of the three stylists I have tried; I have lived in four different states and visited numerous stylists and she is definately highly skilled at her craft! She is also very friendly and makes you feel taken care of when you are in for service. I can't recommend her enough!

I have being using this salon for about 18 months now, and have often been very satisfied with my experiences there. Friendly staff, decent prices, clean, work hard to get me the appointment time I want. I was there about 4 weeks ago and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I have had hands down. From start to finish. Diane did my pedicure, Margaret worked her magic on my eyebrows and Katey cut & styled my hair perfectly. Well done!
