I hate to give bad reviews at all but this was horrific. I asked her for a trim and she didn't trim my hair. I asked for caramel highlights and she gave me blonde :(. She used a USED hair cap too! The appointment took way longer than it should've because she took 5 personal phone calls. She damaged my hair in the blow drying process, got the round brush stuck in my hair, and I have to spend more money to get this fixed then I saved by getting it done. DO NOT GO HERE :( unsanitary, unprofessional, a general waste of time and a disrespectful process.

This is tough because Pam is very nice and works so hard. But honest is kind. It's just not the place for anything other than simple requests. The prices are great and Pam was able to fit me in right before the Thanksgiving holiday which was so appreciated. I went for the Balayage special I saw on Groupon and left looking like I had grown out highlights from the summer.

The service was definitely not a Balayage, as she maybe used 6 pieces of foil. I went back two days later so that she could bring the highlights in the very front of my face up to the root, in an attempt to help the "grown out highlight" look. Unfortunately the top of the strand is now a different color than the bottom half of the strand. I will also add that while I'm no expert, I pay attention to the latest trends etc.

This is not the place to come for serious color, highlights, balayage or wedding anything. I will likely have to use a toner or darkening shampoo regularly, or pay more money to have it fixed. You might consider coming here for an all over color, quick cut or perm for those who are more interested in saving money. Such a bummer because Pam is the nicest lady and the salon is in a great location.

I have thick hair so I made an appointment for a consult prior to making an appointment for the haircut. I had a consult with Pam, who told me that she was comfortable cutting thick hair. But when I went in for the haircut, she then told me my hair was hard to cut. I left with an extremely uneven and choppy cut. She told me she was having a bad day and that I could come back and have it fixed.

Upon my return to have it fixed, it only got worse. My hair which was just below my shoulders is now almost chin length, still with no style or shape. When I told her that my hair was completely chopped, she told me she only did what I asked which was not true. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had.

Came with a bridal party to do our makeup. I was the first up and let's just say after I was done, I told two of the other bridesmaids not to get theirs done. The lady caked me in foundation and put black lid liner all around my eye then over lined my lips.i looked like an old oil painting or someone from the 90s. We went to the bathroom and had to fix mine.

Thank God we had our own make up with us. The day continued and she even messed up the BRIDES HAIR! The bride showed her the hairstyle she wanted (just a twist in the back and the rest of the hair curled nice) and then the lady did something COMPLETELY different(it looks like a bun that looked like a gift wrapped bow? With like craft glitter sprinkled on her bun).

The bride tried to stop her once she saw I wasn't going the way she wanted and the lady blamed her long thick hair saying she can't do twist with her hair.what?but you can do a weird bow thing? Please don't come here.

Got my hair abused! Horrendous and very unprofessional service. Pam has done my service and she was terrible. I went to get my balayage with haircut. She didn't wash my hair before hair cut and did a dry cut. She was very rough and hurrying as she was doing multiple clients at the same time. Lot of waiting time.she doesn't even know how to shampoo.she was too rough while shampoo and conditioning. she didn't take my consent before applying color.

I asked for hazelnut I showed her pictures but the color is too light and the color application was terrible. I highly doubt if they even use any range of colors. All the Clients seemed to get same color no matter what we choose. It is not at all as expected. Now I have live with this color and hair cut. she left me on blow dry for almost 30 mins.

My hair is definitely got rough and obviously hair damage due to so much of heat. She curled my hair but never bother led to brush my hair or section it. Do you think my hair is a sheep fur Pam? I would never ever visit this salon at all.

We went for a wedding updo and makeup session and were extremely disappointed! The bride to be had a picture of what she wanted and the end result was NOTHING the same, stylist kept saying it was because of her long hair and that it was thick so she ended up doing whatever she wanted which was very old fashioned. Same went for the grandmother of the bride the result was so messy that it looked like there was a curly horn sticking out of the side of her head and the stylist just left it.

As for the makeup the quality was very cheap and she was asking if we brought our own Makeup since she only had one pallette with neutral colors. There was no contouring and I asked for some green shadow to match my dress and ended up walking out with blue eye shadow. I literally laughed at my face everytime I seen myself in the mirror. Nonetheless we ended up redoing the makeup and fixed everyone's hair ourselves which made us run late.

Made appointment for make for wedding, first of all she uses cheap make up, doesn't clean after she done with one client. She double sips on the lipstick which it's so disgusting. She doesn't have all the colors so she will ask you to bring your own make up. Seriously my 5 yea old can do a better job as a make up artist. Now the hairstylist show her a inspirational picture, well she did something totally different. And it was was the bride. She went back to her house and redid her hair. Honestly don't waste your time and money. I don't care how cheap it is, it's not worth it.

I am new to the area, And Pam did a fantastic job on helping my Covid-neglected hair! I am back for my second appointment of color-low and highlights and cut and condition! Im so happy to have found a wonderful salon and Pam is so kind, and completely knows what to suggest so that you look beautiful!

THIS WAS AMAZING! I went here to get my highlights done and my nails done, and i will tell you this is the best place ever! They are so clean and kind! I had my hair done by pam and she did the best. I told all my friends how amazing this place this and most of them tried it out and they were in love with their hair and nail. She did such an amazing job and was so gently and respectful.

Also the place is so cute and they do more things than hair and nails like waxing and I was so impressed. This is the best hair stylist I've ever been too. And my nails stayed on for such a long! I 100% recommend this place. Pam you will see me soon again! I LOVE YOU!
