One of the Best Decisions I Ever Made! I highly recommend the services provided by Dr. Arora and Bobby Spence, they are top notch in the field of hair loss treatment. I first met with the Trichologist, Bobby Spence, who was very thorough in explaining the science of female pattern hair loss in terms that I could understand and provided me with options available to treat my condition.
My hair was thinning to the point where I had a receding hairline with bald patches. Bobby suggested the Keralase treatment and Cyclical Vitamin Therapy. One trait that I admired right away about Bobby is that he didn't try to push me into making a decision, however, I was ready to proceed and believe it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
The Keralase treatment is not painful and the procedure is very short. I actually felt a very soothing sensation when the Kerafatactor was applied to my scalp. After the 2nd session, I started to notice new hairs growing out of my bald areas and was absolutely amazed! I have now completed my 6th treatment and am thrilled to see new hairs continuously growing with the overall improvement of hair texture.
In addition to Keralase, I also opted to try the Cyclical Vitamin Therapy and Laser Cap sold by the clinic and give them both high marks. The Cyclical Vitamin treatment is more affordable than the over the counter vitamins and I found it to also strengthen my nails and noticed overall skin improvement. The Laser Cap is very lightweight and easy to use.

Best Hair Loss Clinic in Northern VA! At first I was nervous and skeptical thinking the treatment was not going to work but I was wrong. Having androgenic alopecia in my family and being a 34 year-old man, I decided to go to The Hair Loss Clinic to see what they would say. It feels overwhelming trying to sift through the information online about hair health and hair loss. Some of it is scientifically backed, some is pseudo-science, and most is just fiction. I got a consult and learned quite a bit. First, they had me do a blood panel and check for any nutrient deficiencies that my hair needed, so they could tailor a solution personally for me.
The blood work came back and they said I was fairly normal so nothing dramatic to correct. They recommended three things to me: 1. Stop using dandruff shampoo with zinc, and instead to use ketaconazole shampoo. Additionally- stop shampooing my hair so often, and only every few days. Stripping out the oily from my scalp just caused my body to over-produce even more oil and made it much worse. 2.
Start a treatment of Minoxidil. The version they had also included some other ingredients to help support hair growth. 3. Start a treatment of supplements that are tailored for healthy hair. So I did this treatment plan for a few months. Here are some of the results: A. My existing hair is thicker, less brittle, and significantly less oily. B. New hair growth- and quite a bit of it. C.
Significantly less shedding. A caveat- when I started on Minoxidil, they warned me that I would experience a lot of shedding as the new hairs pushed the older hairs out, which I did. After that initial phase though, shedding was drastically less than what it used to be pre-treatment. I am going to continue with the supplements and hair care. Their treatment plan worked really well for me, but the point is they designed it just for my situation.
I would highly recommend anyone goes and gets their evaluation because they try to get you a personalized treatment plan- not just some blanket plan for everyone. Great experience, and I am very satisfied!

Do not go to this place for advice on male pattern baldness. They are scam artists. Not to be trusted. A transplant might work, but the nonsense about using infrared light is just that - nonsense. Their other products are nonsensical, too. Use finasteride and Rogaine. Those products work for sure. This business about Vitamin D deficiency is a hoax.

It has CEASED completely. Two weeks after the second session of prp I have notice there is absolutely no fall out The great hair loss meter at the bottom of the shower continues to prove this. Bobby, Sabila and Dr. Arora are the greatest. Very comfortable atmosphere. In my mid 60s. Wish I had done this sooner. Great people, great results.
