I got my dreads done here, I love the atmosphere and service was on point.

Went it to see Carlos for a blowout. I knew my hair was damaged from a previous color. However Post Covid I needed a change! Showed him my inspiration and he brought my hair back to life. The service time was quick, the color vibrant, and most of all I loved the energy and aesthetics of the salon. I definitely will be returning soon. Services: Hairstyling, Haircut

Proceed with caution booking with certain stylists. So I tried to book online with Ms. Mare Benefield. Honestly management should consider assuring that stylists should be more patient with clients. I say this because clients don't always know the process. While stylists have the experience and knowledge it doesn't mean that a new client does. Simply explaining the process can assist clients with selection. Mare automatically cancelled without explaining how to get a consultation or offering an effective solution to the process.

This is unprofessional behavior. After explaining my user experience I was asked if I had a reference. I proceeded to ask if I needed a reference for an apt because if I did I would need to know where to get one from. And I was therefore called rude because I asked if I needed one. This was a legitimate concern because my apt had been cancelled due to the fact I needed a consultation. I didn't even make it to the chair. WOW

The salon is one of a kind! The aura of the shop is unmatched. It is very inviting and personable to each client. I was serviced by Zippy. Zippy is amazing! Her energy and spirit is so welcoming. This was my first time getting my locs retwisted by her, but I can honestly say this was the best loc experience I've ever had! (I've been loc'd for three years) From start to finish, Zippy was so gentle and caring with my locs and very knowledgeable in her craft, teaching me tips and tricks throughout the appointment.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value The facility is conveniently located near all major thruways, aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, hygienically sound and has a calming aroma. Staff are professional, knowledgeable and naturally poised conversationalists. Bamboo is a secret retreat where I always leave filled. Recommended to all in need. Service: Dreadlocks

I had the best hair service ever going to this place, warm welcome, comfortable setting and fast service with a quality that can't be compared. I will definitely come back and anyone who wants the same should go there they are great people. They are worth everything I spent.

I needed my locs re-twisted and I am beyond happy with Ms. Anita! Her and her husband were amazing! I felt at home immediately and couldn't understand why I haven't been going before today! I would recommend this place over and over again. Thank you so much for the wonderful treatment and my hair looks amazing not to mention it's so soft!
