At Baldwin Beauty Schools, we are proud to use the Pivot Point International International curriculum - a comprehensive hair and beauty education curriculum used around the world. I want to thank(sadly not by name/s) the wonderful instructor and stylist who cut my hair today. The care and attention to leaving me looking and ultimately feeling well about myself was more than evident. I also noticed what a clean and supportive (making conversation; other students pitching in with a suggestion) work environment they have. Additionally, as akward as i feel publicly and specially around so many attractive ladies (choking up) i am very happy i chose this Baldwin School on this my first, but certainly not last visit! Thank you to all the beautiful ladies at the Baldwin Beauty School on Burnet road

Gracie and Joanna took excellent care of us! We came in for a pretty detailed idea and they delivered. They told us everything they were doing along the way. It took all day but my daughter was very happy! This was an awesome experience at a reasonable price compared to full service salons. My salon owner friend was impressed with them too!

Came in and asked for a service and got something totally different. I was charged more than the Groupon price, when usually at least a business will give you the Groupon price. The girl was very nice, but messed up in the front, just ignored the blunder, didn't offer to fix it or to get me to the color I wanted. The instructor came to my chair in front of everyone and asked for me to pay some outrageous amount for a student to do my hair before my service was even done, it was very uncomfortable.
The instructor said she wanted to close the register, but I still had an hour, she quoted me a lower price and then charged me a professional salon's price. 1. The prices are too high for students to do your hair 2. There should be no payment until after your service. 3. If you don't get what you asked for you should not pay or it should be made right until the hair is corrected and you are satisfied. 4. The instructors should be professional and polite.

Its my first time here and first time coloring my hair too. I have very long hair and nick, my hair stylist did good for the first time. Ask for him and he will take good care of you. And his instructor jumped in to help with my hair cut as again I have very long hair. Loved my first experience. Will come again

I had an incredible experience at Baldwin Beauty School! I went in with a vision of what I wanted and Nick went above and beyond. He was very patient, attentive and truly put his time and care into my hair. I absolutely love my new look! It's better than I could've imagined. I am excited to come back here and get a touch up in a few weeks. If you want high quality and care - I'd definitely recommend for someone to come to Baldwin!

I came in with a groupon coupon with not very high hopes, as I have a very dark/coarse Indian hair just wanted to try if my hair would get any color for the style I wanted. Surprisingly I did. Marina did excellent job on getting the color on my hair. Joanna helped to determine and help me with the products which suit my hair needs! Carmen did wonderful job on blow drying my hair and giving it a final great look.! Overall it's a wonderful experience than I thought I would get. Definetly coming back again for a new look! Thank you Marina, Joanna and Carmen.

I've been coming to Baldwin Beauty School for years now. The staff are always friendly and professional. I've gone to different students and they always do a great job with my hair. They are closely supervised by their supervisors. I just had my a balayage done, by Ashley, and I love it. I would definitely recommend them.
