I requested an appointment with Justin trough the studio website, I left all my contact information and Mr. Hickok never contacted me back. I called the phone number on the Google page and they never pick up the phone, I left voicemails twice. I am extremely disappointed. Can somebody explain what is going on? Did Justin retire from the hairstyle business to dedicate all his time to YouTube? They need to update phone numbers in their website.

Actually, it isn't Dave leaving the review, but me. I first went to Justin to have him fix a haircut gone wrong. He did an amazing job. I had strangers stop me to tell me how much they loved my hair style. I sent a friend that had another horrible haircut to Justin. She said the same thing happened to her. He really is good at what he does.
