Donna Todd: She grew up in Southern California, but moved to historic Charleston, South Carolina when she was 19. Donna got a degree from the Charleston Cosmetology Institute in 1994, and went on with her education by obtaining her barbers certification and becoming recognized as a Master Stylist. Donna then relocated to the Myrtle Beach area in 1999, and was employed in Elite Retreat Salon and Spa in September of that year. She took a decision to take on the challenge, and further her passion for cosmetology by buying Elite Retreat Salon and Spa in October of 2008. She strives to get perfection with every customer, regardless if they are getting a precision hair cut, a specialized color treatment, or even a Brazilian Blowout treatment.
