I went there and they literally hurt mine and my friend's eye seriously, and were being very rude and harsh on us. Not recommend

Flutter Lash Studio in Lincoln Park is great. Not only can I get my eyelashes done but they have other services that I like. Iggy makes the environment super comfortable and relaxing.

I have never had lash extensions before so I was super nervous. The commute was very close to my home. The actual day of my appointment I walked in to a very friendly staff and they took safety precautions serious which comforted me. Super clean place. The lash experience itself was super easy and very comfortable. Stephanie was very gentle and made nice conversation which made time fly by!

She made me feel very relaxed and I trusted the process for the classic set of lashes. I also got a brow cleanup the same day which was not painful at all and super quick! Afterwards I was given after care instructions overall turned out really great. Would highly recommend.

Been a very satisfied client for five years. Excellent skills and results and always willing to find an "emergency" appointment. They have always been very hygienic and done a quality job with additional measures in the COVID environment as well. (Great location too.) I like to do a combo of brown and black which is more work for them but they always do a great balancing job. Highly recommend.

I'm so happy with my lash lift and tint. I have light lashes ( I'm blond) that disappear on my face without curling them and applying mascara. The lift gives them a curve that I can never achieve with just a curler. I've had them lifted/tinted here now 3x, and they really retain their curl and color. Kelsey is fantastic. She's professional, funny and talented, and I highly recommend her and the team at Flutter Lash on Clybourn.

The pic I've attached is of my lashes with the curl/tint. I'm not wearing any mascara in the photo. I love the lift/tint because there isn't any maintenance with them ( other than you can't get them wet for 24hrs after the appointment). So So Worth it!

Linda, Iggy, and Velvet are the best! They make the process of booking appointments and relaxing during appointments so easy. Velvet makes my lashes look incredible, and the lashes stay on so long! They're very accommodating with scheduling appointments and they always send a friendly reminder. I've had my lashes done in a few different states and locations, and I absolutely think Flutterlash is the best in the business. Definitely recommend Velvet or Iggy for all of your lash needs in Chicago!

Cherry and Linda are so nice. They fit me in when I had a lash emergency! Going out of town and my left eye was not looking good after getting filled last week by another person not from this studio. I called many places and Linda scheduled me same day and had a quick 30 min fill for 60$ They literally saved my life.

I love Flutter! After a couple bad experiences with lash extensions, I found Flutter and have been going there for almost a year. Velvet is fabulous and always does a great job for me. I won't trust anyone else to do my lashes now.

I was searching for a studio that could do refills on a set of extensions that I got done by my regular studio in New York. The price was high, but I was willing to pay since they had a free appointment with short notice. Now, less than a week later, not only are my lashes falling out at an extremely fast rate (15 lashes per day) but I communicated the length and curl that I wanted to my stylist and after our hour appointment and she used a totally different curl shape and length.without asking me.

I wrote to the studio since I like to give businesses a chance to redeem their behavior before writing a negative review, but I have so far received no response. For over $120 I got refills that were the incorrect style and in just 5 days, most have fallen out. Very disappointed and would warn anyone against booking an appointment here. The prices are terrible for what you get.

I took a leap of faith because the reviews were so good. But like every salon, it matters who you get. I got someone who used the wrong size silicone pad or something and curled my lashes so that they touch my eye lid. I can't wear eyeliner or mascara and the lashes get stuck in my lid. The worst decision I ever made was coming to this place. Now my important event for which I sought out this treatment will be marked by weird eyelashes permed by a newbie who wasn't paying attention.

I've had my eyelashes lifted here twice and I love t! My eyelashes are tiny abs they grow down so it's hard to keep them curled but with the lift they look great! The customer service is great and the place is very clean!

I've been searching for a new lash studio since moving from Denver, and I decided to try out Flutter Lash. From the moment I set an initial appointment, it was very apparent that the business really cares about their clients and are extremely professional. I've been getting my lashes done by Velvet for about 5 months now, and I always get a text reminder as well as an email for my upcoming appointment.

She always does an incredible job and listens to my requests if I decide to change things up and knows the product well enough to make sure that it fits my eye shape and lash type. Plus, we always have some good laughs, and it is always a very comfortable and relaxing experience. I highly recommend going to this studio if you interested in lash extensions. They will do a very good job, and you will not be disappointed.

Started doing lashes for my wedding last September now I am kind of addicted. I warn you it is an expensive habit but if you are seeking lashes, Flutter is the place to go. They are leaders in the industry and the owner Ignasia is very well respected. She has trained all the great lash artists. I see Yonnie at Flutter. Her work is meticulous and she is very kind! Whole team at Flutter are very nice and professional.

I had a wonderful experience getting my first eyelash extensions by Yoonie. I definitely recommend her. I have been going to Flutters since summer of 2013. However, I have been getting my lashes done since 2oo9 or 2o1o. I am extremely particular about my lashes and the cleanliness of the salon. Flutters definitely shines in both of those areas. I have used Sarah B. and she is just the sweetest lash technician in Edmond area.
