I hate to do this, but I have to give a bad review. I was wanting to get a polish before i went on vacation. I requested a french manicure and the price that came along with it. Not an actual manicure of course-just the polish. The girl at the desk didn' t know but called me back with the price that it would be $8 each for Hands and Feet. I went in and had a real sweet girl.
I have no complaints about the people who work there. They are very sweet. The girl who did my nails stacked on the white paint so much - probably she couldn' t help it b/c it was old and chunky- that it couldn't dry and would get "dented" very easily. Same with my toes. Also she didn't use an acetone brush to make a nice straight line, but "eye balled" it.
I was disattisfied and had them redo it. This time I thought I'd play it safe and do a color. Same thing happened- the nail polish was so old that it was chunky and an HOUR later was dented. I ended up just removing the nail polish. Also the price. Instead of costing the expected $16, I was charged $25. I gave them my complaint but was not refunded. EVEN after the girl confessed of giving me the wrong information. The women there are sweet, but please do NOT get your nails painted here. You'll be out $30- including tip- and upset that you didn't get anywhere near what you paid for.
