According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, overall employment for barbers, cosmetologists, and other personal appearance workers is projected to grow faster than other occupations. By 2020, there will be around 9,800 cosmetology-related jobs in Indiana alone.

Update: Once again, Delaney has impressed me. She was willing to play "hair roulette" with me, and it was so much fun. I went from blonde to red! She has a bright future in whatever she chooses to do. Delaney is absolutely amazing. She's very thorough, and she's easy to talk to. She's a lot better than more experienced stylists. I'm very happy with the results.

I had an appointment for 8am very little wait time, wanted a manicure, but just got a basic filed my nail down to level them the same size nail polish. Then she tried to attempt to do my hair but wasn't taught to do puerto rican hair by the grace of God her two classmates came to her rescue two beautiful young ladies Bre /Sabre the straighten then curl the end the wedding I went to family members loved the hair plus the same with makeup in which I never wore before till Saturday the only issue I had with the makeup was my eyebrows, I had wiped them down to look more natural but in all I have a wonderful experience.

My appointment was at 9am. I didn't walk out until 2pm. It took 5 hours just to foil, tone, and wash my hair. I walked out with wet hair because I told the stylist that I had to be done by 1pm. I just told her to not blow dry or style my hair because I was already an hour late for another appointment I had to be at. I ended up paying $83. Horrible experience, I would leave a zero star review if that was an option. I am normally very understanding but 5 hours just to apply color is insane. I would NEVER recommend going here.

My fiance went in to have her hair done at this place, not only did they take over a half an hour to get her in a chair, but once they did it took them 5 hours to even put color in her hair. And the color was done horrible with the instructor not at all paying attention to the stylist and assisting her do the hair. We were on a time crunch and needed to be out of the salon by 1pm and my fiance left by 2pm without her hair dried or styled. Not to mention they refused a refund and made her pay a ridiculous $80 for one of the worst color treatments. Do not come here if you value your time and your hair.

I went to Amber's for the first time because a friend recommended them. Emily did my hair and she was great! She did full color with bayalage as well. One of the teachers came over to consult about matching my color before she started the coloring process. I was sort of unsure about what I wanted when I came in, but was very happy with their recommendations and ending up loving the final result. Emily styled my hair beautifully and cut it as well, keeping as much length as I requested. The facility is beautiful, modern, and clean, and you can easily get a walk-in appointment during the week. Will definitely be going back!
