Gloria messed up my hair. Won't be going back to her as she did not listen to my requests, she bleached it first to then on the second time, added dark dye to it. Walked out of there with hair dye in my hair the times I went to her, she definitely needs to learn how to wash and listen to customers. *** my hair was healthy before going to her. First she bleached it and when I went back she colored dark again to hide all the damaged she has done to it. Of course, she's going to say that she didn't do anything wrong. I found be a professional hairdresser that is fixing all the damage done to my hair by Gloria.

Gloria is the best I enjoy having her as my hairdresser she does an excellent job with my hair she knows how much to take off she knows how much how to do my highlights and I love them so much thank you so much Gloria for everything and I'm so glad I am one of your customers and I'm always always welcome to you all the time you are the best.

Gloria did an absolutely amazing job on my hair today! The salon was comforting, clean, and well decorated. Gloria was also very professional and let me know every step of the way what the process would be which I really appreciated. It was a great environment overall and I would recommend her to anyone in Turlock looking for a haircut! Thank you so much again!

I simply was not pleased with my hair. My hair was patchy and not what I wanted. I showed her a picture of the hair color I wanted and I got a completely different shade. I asked for a darker purple but it turned out grey and patchy with hints of purple. The person who did it let me walk out without fixing it, telling me it looks so pretty (which it does not).

She told me it could be due to medication I am on and it is my fault. It angers me that she just let me walk out without helping me. I also got my hair trimmed which looks great! I am just not pleased with the hair coloring. Side not after owner reply. Went to another hair stylist, they were able fix the coloring to what I had asked this stylist to do. They make excuses for their incompetent stylist rather the. Fixing the problem. Visit this facility at you're own Risk!

There are a lot of places to get your hair cut in town. This is the best. My girl, Gloria, kills it every time. Jamie is a fantastic masseuse and has a spot here that is very relaxing. There are others that work here and I'm sure they are equally amazing. Highly recommended for a "Treat Yo Self" kind of day. I knocked off a star because of their inability to adhere to covid-19 preventive practices during the pandemic.

If they cannot take the precautions for health and safety that are easy to notice, what other health and safety measures are they taking shortcuts on our ignoring behind closed doors.

I went here because it's the only place who does eyebrow waxing at the moment. I told her to keep my natural shape, which is an arch. She waxed my arch off, and I am very sad! That was the main thing I loved about myself. She was super nice otherwise, but I did not like the way she did my eyebrows. She didn't keep my natural shape like she said. I had an extremely bad experience with them They canceled my appointment 2 times because my stylist had gotten the day off Which im totally ok with them canceling, the problem is they never called me until I showed up and guess what? They told me she requested the time off the day before and just forgot to call me Ok, the third time I went there they burnt my hair I was trying to go blonde from a light brown hair color, they literally left it horrible!

Half way into the process, I had told the the girl that it was time to wash it because my hair was thin and it would be blonde already She said she still had 15 min and walked out, when I asked politely to please wash it now, she did but it was too late! She didn't even apologized. I would never go back there because in spite of all those other reviews, they messed up big time not once, not twice!

But three times! I would have expected aside of the apology and offer to treat my hair so it wouldn't be so damaged but no, they didn't care I think her name is Amber, please if you go there just don't go with her, that's all I can suggest

I've been going here for years! I love Lynette! Despite the fact that I usually only go in once or twice a year (slow growing hair) she always remembers me and my girls. I moved out of town and tried a few new places that were local, but Lynette is definitely worth the hour+ drive to get it done right and by someone as amazing and nice as she is. Highly recommend!
