BEWARE OF ONGOING CHARGES! I went in for a free trial tan in December 2021 and then went back a few days later to buy their $20 monthly package as shown on their website. However, when I walked up to their desk, they informed me that I would have to pay an additional $25 membership fee. So, I reluctantly paid the $45 and ended up going there for 4 additional back-to-back sessions (5 sessions total).
I had planned to go more, but things did not work out that way and I returned to Wisconsin two days after my last tan. 30 days after my initial purchase, I had another $25 taken off my credit card. When I called EasyTan to ask for an explanation, they informed me that the $25 is an ongoing monthly charge since I had bought the membership. I asked them if they would refund the money since I was not even in the state (had proof I flew out a week after my purchase) and hadn't tanned there in three weeks, however they refused.
I found them to be very rude from the beginning (exception to the young blonde gal who was cordial). The young brunette definitely lacked manners, especially when she scolded me for being an hour early on my 5th day. I kindly asked her to explain, and she informed me that you have to wait at least 24 hours between tans (even if they are on separate calendar days).
No one had informed me of this and I felt belittled by her (as a woman at least twice her age) when she rolled her eyes and told me she would make ONE exception for me that day. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are from out of town. I feel as though this was the reason for their membership fee, since tanning there is not economically feasible for people living out of area, and for their lack of explaining their packages.

Through the years I have gone to many salons in the community. Most were kind of junkie looking and fly by night operations. This facility is well, run clean and visually appealing. The staff at the front desk are exceptionally nice, conscientious, and helpful. Even when I have seen customers be blatantly abusive to the staff, they have held their cool and done their job.
I also find that the staff is in tune with the client regarding their needs for additional services or products. I never feel forced to purchase anything but I do feel educated and want to buy products.
